Get to a week later, I call back about the part because I need it replaced. "Oh, $, we never got that ordered. I was mowing my lawn when he called me and..." Oh boy. Not good. Let's review: * Immediately refunded my deposit * Continued investigation and found they DID get it ordered * Did not demand a new deposit * Continued tracking the package, even though it seemed to be lost - well beyond the expected Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. * It arrived while I was at work, really didn't have time to fix it. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched. As I now touch my screen to confirm, Device Surgeon got it done. They fought the mail, they put the customer first, and navigated a tricky situation successfully. I just had a pet session with Nicole, she was phenomenal. She picked up on my concerns and the…read moreissues we have been having. She picked up on our girls horrible past and confirmed what we worried about. She took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. It was amazing to see our girl calm down when Nicole was working. She calmly almost peacefully laid thru most of the session. It was amazing to feel our girls body heat up and was actually hot to my touch and then Nicole mentioned her palms were burning hot. I noticed our girls temp cooled down fast when Nicole stopped channeling! Afterwards we took our girl outside and she happily ran around the yard, then has been so brave and playful since then.
