I recommend you DO NOT buy from this dealership. I test drove a nice looking SUV that had a grinding noise underneath the vehicle. An employee rode with me but said he couldn't hear it. The sales associate, Danielle, drove it and said she definitely heard it. She spoke to the mechanic who said, "I know the transfer case bearing is bad. I found it when I was checking it but I got busy with another job and forgot to go back and fix it." Danielle said they would make it right, and then called and said they checked it and it was fine. I went back the next week and drove and purchased the vehicle. After I drove away after purchasing it I heard the noise again. I returned to the dealership who again said the would make it right. They kept the vehicle two weeks, said they sent it to Mr. Transmission who told them the front differential was bad. Online Auto told me their mechanic "rebuilt the differential" and they would deliver the vehicle to me. After the vehicle was delivered I told them the noise was still there. I took the vehicle to a local mechanic who said the transfer case was destroyed and he was "surprised I made it here" because of the damage. I had to replace the transfer case and I kept the damaged one as proof. I offered to split the $1800 dollar repair with Online Auto and Bob Stoddard, the owner, refused and accused me of trying to "hold him up for money" and used his sales volume as proof he was honest. He lied to me about everything and I was being more than reasonable with the repair cost. Once people lie like that you can NEVER TRUST THEM again.
