While you can so often feel like another number, at SCRC, you feel like a PERSON. I originally froze my eggs with Dr Alexander and had a great experience as a young single woman and then ultimately with Dr Danzer as a married woman trying to expand our family. Couldn't reccomend this place enough. Dr Danzer's team- Stephanie, Mae, Jessica, Chloe, etc made all of my dreams come true. Dr Danzer knows what he's doing and I trust them fully!

I really wanted to move forward with SCRC and Dr. Chavkin, but the administrative and insurance…read moreexperience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately caused me to leave the practice. Before starting the process, SCRC verified my benefits and told me that my IVF treatment was completely covered by insurance. I later found out that while the physicians were in-network, SCRC's embryology lab and surgery center did not take my insurance, leaving me with significant out-of-pocket costs that I was never expecting. I then spent weeks and countless hours calling Anthem, my medical group, and SCRC trying to get an authorization or exception. Instead of SCRC helping me with the process, I was repeatedly left to coordinate between everyone myself. I even got an Anthem supervisor directly involved with SCRC, yet weeks passed with no resolution and very little proactive communication. When I finally followed up again, I was told they were still having the same issue and that I should contact Anthem again. I liked Dr. Chavkin and was genuinely disappointed to leave her care, but fertility treatment is stressful and time-sensitive enough without having to manage your clinic's insurance process yourself. I ultimately switched fertility clinics because I could no longer delay treatment waiting for SCRC to resolve an issue I had been told from the beginning was fully covered.

An Absolute Miracle Worker! 3 Beautiful Baby Girls Thanks to Dr. Huang…read moreMy review for Dr. Andy Huang at Reproductive Partners Medical Group in Beverly Hills is long overdue, and honestly, words cannot fully express how incredibly grateful my family and I are for him. Thanks to his brilliant mind and compassionate care, we are now blessed with three beautiful IVF baby girls. Our journey to get here was incredibly long and painful. Before finding Dr. Huang, we endured three natural miscarriages, followed by a devastatingly unsuccessful IVF cycle with a different doctor. That previous doctor completely dismissed and refused to address my wife's autoimmune issues, leaving us heartbroken and without answers. When we switched to Dr. Huang, everything changed. He instantly understood exactly what we were going through and recognized the missing pieces. He didn't cut corners; instead, he meticulously identified and addressed every single autoimmune issue that had been ignored before. Dr. Huang personally handled our care from the very beginning to the end. Navigating infertility and recurrent loss is an emotional roller coaster, but his warmth and confidence made us feel completely secure, cared for, and super comfortable every step of the way. We could not recommend Dr. Andy Huang enough to everyone we cross paths with. If you are looking for a fertility specialist who truly listens, customizes your protocol, and delivers miracles, look no further. He changed our lives forever!

We came from a different clinic with a lukewarm experience and were blown away by RPMG…read more From a clinical perspective, the team was very proactive with tweaking the protocol based on bloodwork and even told us how to extract extra medicine from some of the vials which saved us hundreds of dollars. The facilities are clean (although slightly impersonal) but are very modernized. Highly highly recommend Dr. Brower and her clinical team. From a billing perspective, we were very pleased. We were provided an up front cost that was accurate and billed promptly (less than 1 month post procedure) for the same amount. We had a bad experience at our previous clinic with misbillings so this was a welcomed relief. The only small negative is the parking in the building is extremely expensive, so we often parked on the other side of San Vicente to save money. Overall highly recommend RPMG for fertility needs as it's an amazing place.

Everything here makes sense. I wish I trusted my gut and switched sooner! Everyone deserves this level of care.

We ended up retrieving 17 eggs, and I'm now 5 months pregnant and in the stable stage of my pregnancy. For us, this is life-changing and means more than words can express. The entire BHF team -- from the nurses to the coordinators -- has been attentive, compassionate, and professional. Dr DeUgarte saved my life…read more Did I get your attention? Good. It's the truth. I met Dr D in 2014 when I decided to freeze my eggs. I was 36, single, and not even sure if I wanted kids, but I wanted the option to have them if Mr Right ever showed up. She was so compassionate, funny, down to earth and kind that I continued to see her for regular exams. Her all-female staff and spa-like exam rooms turn what is usually an uncomfortable doctor visit into a welcoming, supportive environment. At 38, I casually mentioned a dull, numb pain in my right breast. Even though I was two years away from the recommended age of mammograms and had no family history of breast cancer, Dr D sent me to get a mammogram. Two months after my wedding (Mr Right DID show up!), I was diagnosed with HER2+ Stage 2 breast cancer. Dr D not only called me lot tell me herself, but she told me that she'd already called the top breast cancer surgeon at UCLA and gotten me an appointment for the next day - on the surgeon's day off. Additionally, she'd already told the surgeon that she wanted to do an additional egg retrieval/embryo preservation before I started treatment. I got the news that I had cancer on Tuesday and I started my retrieval meds that Friday. Dr D also reached out on my behalf to non-profits that aid breast cancer patients with the high cost of fertility treatments since my insurance wouldn't cover any of it. For years, Dr D walked alongside me, supporting my women's health needs as well as my spirits. She continued to guide our fertility journey and made recommendations for acupuncturists and non-traditional methods. Of course, she used the most recent data from the scientific fertility world as well. When the time came to face the reality that my body just had been through too much and that we could only have a baby via surrogate, she was caring, nurturing and honest. She guided us through the complicated process during the even more complicated time of covid. I'm thrilled to share that, at 45, I am cancer-free, healthy and the mother of a perfect baby boy, made from one of those eggs we froze back in 2014. Dr D made a speech at our baby shower that still gets people emotional when we talk about it. We are now starting our sibling journey with the same surrogate and with Dr D's guidance and friendship. We know that we would not have our family without Dr D. It didn't happen in the way we planned or hoped that it would, but it happened in a way that will give our children one hell of an origin story! I also know that I would not be alive today if she hadn't encouraged me to get the mammogram I thought I didn't need. She truly is the most caring, most thorough doctor I've ever had and I feel so fortunate to have her in my life.
