We have been dealing with this shady company for YEARS now even though we cancelled their services…read morein 2014!! We received a bill in 2016 for services that were not approved or done, and today we received another bill for services (not done nor approved as we ARE NOT customers!! I called and talked with the manager in 2016 and he said he would take care of it. Obviously, their company is either shady or incompetent....perhaps both. When we were customers in 2014 we caught one of the service technicians only treating the front yard and yet we we were billed for the front and back. We are not the only people that have been billed by Signature even though there is no contract or present services being approved. My advice is to stay away from this company.

I met with the owner and received an estimate for TRIMMING 2 trees. The following week I received a…read moremessage while at work the company was at my home trimming the trees. I arrived home after a 12hr shift to find an entire trunk was removed from my beautiful mature clump birch tree in the front yard. The trunks will not grow back because they are designed this way. The tree Was ruined and had to be replaced. It could not be replaced exactly in the same place because there was concern removing the roots could damage the homes foundation. So a hydrangea tree also had to be removed to plant the new birch tree. I contacted the owner several times to resolve and he refused to do anything. I do have a claim against this company that is pending. R

We rehired this business because we had a great experience with them in the past (when they were…read moreowned by Bauermeister). This time when they arrived, we were told the current business owner procured this business from Bauermeister in 2022. The actual trimming was fine but there was NO cleanup. They left a rake so were told to get the rake and call us back about the cleanup. The person answering the phone said she would let the (new) owner know and someone would get back to us. Someone came during the night and picked up the rake but NO response about the cleanup. The deck, front yard, back yard and roof were a mess. They also broke a flower pot and never told us. We had already told them we would remove the stacked limbs ourselves so that saved them some work, but they knew (and had been told) cleanup was included in the price. We will be looking for a new tree trimming company.
