I got the mascara-done caramel banana pancake, which the server told us was a popular item. My husband got the salmon with cream cheese, and he said that was amazing. So unlike other places that usually stack pancakes and then put the topping at the top, this each layer has the filling, so each layer of the salmon pancake has cream cheese and salmon. I appreciated that they could make it with alternative milk since most places I've been to that serve this will only do it with dairy. Would absolutely recommend for a fun, relaxed breakfast or lunch.
