This place is such a joke. I can see why Ms. Jackson ran her first clinics into the ground. My wife is a patient here at One-Peak and they have dropped the ball in so many ways. We cannot tell you how many times they have dropped the ball on sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. This time, our pharmacy said they contacted One-Peak over 15-days ago to have permission to refill one of my wife's prescriptions and One-Peak bever responded. read more

Stay away. I have a high deductable plan ( yes this is my own choice) but the fees were exorbitant. For example, I needed to pay $333 just to get the results of my annual health exam via a tele-health visit!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? Where is the transparency? WOW the front staff at both places in Grants Pass are super unfriendly and rude. I was a patient back in 2021 and everyone when u walked in was welcoming and acknowledged u were there, now 2025 OMgosh I stood for a good 30 to 40 seconds with 3 staff members staring at their computers and not saying one word or looking up to say one moment please. none of these employees were on there phone I will not. it was insane. I work as front desk receptionist at dental office and seriously it was sooooo wrong. then I was at the wrong place went to the next and I and another patient had to again wait to be greeted and the staff members were not on the phone they were sitting staring at there computers. have not gone into my appointment yet but I hope it gets better. every person that I watched walk in while I waited to be called back was ignored not impressed! sad I used to love this place read more

One Peak Medical has gone downhill fast from top notch to a disappointment since early in 2024. A big turnover in medical professionals as well as support staff and the transition of care to new providers has been a challenge to say the least. They also do not provide for urgent care appointments within their calendaring so if you have an urgent need, you must go to an immediate care/ ER unless they "happen" to be able to "fit you in" by chance. Condescending patronizing office staff recently during an interaction just further solidified a decision to go elsewhere. read more

Horrible experience. After confirming that the first appointment would be an in-person appointment with Denise, at arrival was informed that "all first visits are tele-visits" and with a different person. When they were told that verification was made by phone about the in-person status of the visit, the receptionist got testy and repeated that "all first visits are tele-visits and that's just the way it is". This was the 2nd attempt to meet with Denise and due to the need to utilize medical transport services to get there, I've spent almost $1000 for NOTHING! Honestly, at this point I almost feel like I may have dodged a bullet by not being able to establish with them....after reading some of the other reviews, I might've had worse results if I'd been successful in actually receiving "treatment". read more

I have a terminal condition and there is a simple operation to fix it. I told my PCP that I needed a referral to a specific specialist. They gave me a referral to the wrong clinic. When I told them they corrected it. The specialist said they needed an MRI. When I requested another referral my PCP refused and said I needed another visit. I said my condition has not changed,( maybe it's gotten worse). They then gave me some BS about their insurance prevents them from giving me another referral. When can I get a referral? 2021-2022 Beginning mid-may of 21' April Theisen was a lifesaver! Through testing, listening, and intiating mixed with her compassionate heart she brought me out of danger of a heart attack and severe adrenal disorder into stabilization of my health through supplements and continued lifestyle changes in which I'm grateful for. Continued quality care lasted into the end of 2022. In 2023 this entire established lost all my respect as they not only lost all compassion for their clients, but communication as well. There are not enough words to properly describe the innacurate diagnosis, aplogies, poor bedside manner, and ridiculous excuses for lack of quality client care needed for the community they serve. I received repeated apologies and excuses from the entire staff of One Peak Medical for 6 months of this year which is half over now. During a dark season of serious illness of shingles, covid, severe obstructive sleep apnea, organ pain, and an ongoing adrenal disorder etc... they proved over and over again that they are inaccurate, uncaring, untrustworthy and unethical in their practices. What a nightmare I have endured! Please find healthcare that meets your healthcare needs as I am now on the hunt for. Your life is just important as any ones. I have never experienced a worst medical practice. You cannot get ahold of anyone, they ignore your messages and voicemails. When you ask for something it does not get done. No empathy for their patients. I have been waiting for my appointment for 4 months and trying all month to get my job order scheduled for them to not send it to me or the lab after asking countless times. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time and never get your health taken care of. Only after I get upset do they respond. Once you actually get to a doctor they're fine. It's been a year and I've only gotten one appointment. Everything else has had to be changed or canceled because of one peak. read more

The staff failed to get a blood panel prior to treating me 3 weeks in a row and I was TOXIC!!! 3800% of Vitamin B. My doctor luckily ordered a blood panel at Interpath laboratories in time. These people ARE NOT DOCTORS. Buy over the counter drugs, SuperGreens and collagen. Much cheaper and more effective. read more

Trying to reach my doctor. Messages get mixed up. Prescriptions to a pharmacy I never even gave. I had to make so many different phone calls. 2 weeks later now dr. does not return a phone call. Messages still do not get to dr. 12 phone calls in dire need fir my sleep med. Now they give me a histamine. That is for vomiting, nausea, itching etc. Ridiculous. I cannot take any sort of histamine. Utterly unprofessional. This is added stress which is so bad for your health. The worst. read more

One Peak was great, unfortunately it has gone down hill over the last year. Their medical professionals are leaving. Most of their visits now or over the computer, they don't return messages or take phone calls. Last time I was there the exam room was filthy. Really unfortunate. read more

I really like this facility. Had major issues with adrenal fatigue and quit takin Rx for hormones and thyroid. Actually lost 15 lbs. and Rebecca Meeks has prescribed thyroid supplements that have helped quicker and I feel great. Heads up to this facility. read more
