Been with this company since we moved into the valley in 2018 it's a general care and it's been a constant nightmare of trying to get appointment and being able to keep the appointments due to them calling and canceling. It started with them canceling all our son appointments to now canceling our daughters. Definitely do not recommend this place for this very reason. They are impossible to call and actually get thru to someone. read more

So, my initial rating would have been one star. Trying to start getting an appointment here was a hot mess. The phone systems were down & I lost my patience very quickly. But something in my gut told me to hold on. I've been going here now for 5 months. I prayed for a doctor that would be kind, patient & non judgmental of my issues & concerns. I hadn't been to see a doctor in over 7 years & i needed to get serious checks done because colon cancer runs in my family... plus I was having other issues. I'm SO GLAD I ended up with Laura Malburger. (Sp?) She is incredibly smart, kind and patient. She took TIME with me which put her behind. She has gone above and beyond to help me feel better. She did a full work up on me. Come to find out my hormones were COMPLETELY out of whack, which has caused symptoms such as lethargy, skin issues, libido issues etc. After being on my meds for 2 weeks I literally felt like a new person. I had all my energy back, I had a new zest for life & I was kicking ass in life. I realize they have a bad track record. But give Laura a shot. You won't be disappointed. read more

With the "merger" (takeover?) by Allcare, this practice has done a very poor job of informing its patients of new procedures, insurance, changes. Almost secretive in nature. Maybe the new system will motivate the office to better communication. read more

I scheduled a physical and presented my insurance. I asked them to bill my visit as preventative since my insurance doesn't bill me for preventative visits. She agreed. Two weeks after the visit I receive a bill for $350. I called their billing department and was told that my insurance is out of network with them. "No", I calmly explained. "It's listed as "in network" on your website." This had no effect. (My insurance is UnitedHealthCare) I also asked why the receptionist allowed me in for the visit if my insurance was out of network? No effect. I'm too old to fight these battles. I paid the bill but they get this pleasant review in response. I know all too well that one negative review could cost a business exponentially over time. Any good business knows this. Just losing me as a customer will cost them thousands over the next decade. In this day and age, the business that treats a customer well is the business that earns dividends and conquers the competition. read more

I was accepted as a patient , when I filled out all the paperwork necessary, I turned it in at the front desk, I was called into the back room only to be grilled by these so-called professionals , who was sounding to accuse me of something, not sure what. I didn't even get a chance to see a doctor. I sent in my medical information form in the mail and never got a response, so I called them and it turned out that someone in the office lost my form. I wasn't too upset about it, and went ahead and sent in another one, but I still heard nothing from them after two weeks had gone by. I called the office and was told that none of the doctors wanted to see me because they didn't have the 'ability' to treat what I had put down on my medical information form. Are. You. Kidding. Me. I have very minor problems, the largest one being sleep issues. I have not once, in the history of ever, been turned away from a medical office. And I certainly have never been turned away from a general physician's office due to their 'inability' to treat what I have. I would at least expect them to call me about it, instead of leaving me hanging, but no. I was given incredibly poor service from start to finish, and I was never one treated like I mattered or they wanted to help me at all. I am so, so appalled at being treated this way. I don't even know what to say from here. Just know that if you want good service from any sort of medical provider, please DO NOT go to Mountain View. read more

I had an appointment with FNP Carol Thomas and she is an exceptional medical health provider. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. She helped me resolve my medical issues and provided me with excellent service. Thank you, FNP Carol. The entire staff was great and the appointment was simple and to the point. Mountain View Family Practice is a great facility with 6 or 7 doctors, 2 nurse practitioners, several medical assistants, and a full staff. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I went in last month to establish care with Dr Pilcher, I was able to get my flu shot at my appointment. All the office staff were very kind and professional. They are able to see me same day so I am able to avoid the wait and cost of an urgent care visit!! I recommend this office to all my family and friends. read more

I have been going her for many years and i have always been treated with respect. Dr. Piltcher is great and so is Carol and Dr Abdunur. Also if you are sick they will get you in the same day all practitioners have been great. I am going to get my dad started here ASAP. read more

I've been to Sennie Anderson for about 5 Years now... she still hasn't figured out what is wrong with me... still hasn't fixed anything or made me remotely better... she is literally practicing on my life... in those 5 years I have never asked her for anything... I just recently asked her for an mri because I would like to know what's wrong with me... she said that it is too expensive and gave me the run around... She is acting like she is actually paying for it out of her pocket.. then she has the nerve to say an mri is just for certain areas... I know I'm not the smartest guy but an mri usually is a full body scan... I got fed up with her so I said ok I'll just find myself another primary dr... Her being Sennie Anderson is so childish and she needed the last word she called my insurance to fire me... great job little girl you got the last word hope you're happy read more

One of the worst doctors offices I've ever been to. The staff seems very over worked and exhausted every time I went in there. The doctors don't seem to care about the patients or the employees. Over all not a good experience. read more

The only reason this place has 2 stars is because the receptionists were very kind to me. I needed a new Dr. I stated I wanted a Dr. not a nurse practitioner. They told me who was available and I did my research on everyone before choosing. I called a few days later as no one told me if I had gotten in or not. I was told that no, they can't take me. why? Because they "can't meet my needs" I went in simply because I needed a new Dr. and because I had a severe night terror (something I've had since infancy, just a really bad one happened this time) and the ER suggest I see a Dr. It comes across very rude and discriminating. It comes across offensive to me, the doctors never even met me. I was pushed out before even given a chance. I have Providence Preferred insurance, Union insurance. That was NOT the reason. Is a general practitioner's job to help people, and if you can't "meet my needs", refer me to a specialist???? Clearly I'm not supposed to go here, and I won't, but I won't be suggesting them to anyone either. read more

Hope you are not dying, because you are going to pass before they get you in. Because the guy with a sprained wrist is more important than your life or death situation. Dr. also ignores complaints of pain and symptoms. I'm leaving this place ASAP. read more
