These people are so full of crap. They want to tell you they calculate all your income correctly but they do not. They want to say that one source of NET income that my household receives is on 10% of what we ACTUALLY receive. Then tell me I am lying. When I say my bank statements disprove you. They want to still act as if they are correct. These people always have an excuse. $6000 income a month is not good enough...oh wait I'm sorry due to YOUR miscalculations, the income is only $4000. Learn to do math. I have all the documentation to prove what I am saying. Sad Sad People. Wonder how much business you lose because of this. read more

In my experience I had no problems with this branch when it came to paying my bill now that my loan is almost paid off, while trying to contact this specific branch about releasing my title information or "proof of permission" so that I can register the vehicle in a different state they dropped they ball. *Cassandra told me it's too difficult and to just call back while I was at the DMV. (I fell for it) they didn't want to answer their business phone. I wasted a day off work for this and it wasn't important to them. *When they did answer, I was told that closing a deal was more important than dealing with the title and an existing customer. But I should leave a message so the branch manager could get back to me. They didn't even call me back. Then when I called them they were more interested in the tone I took with them rather than the issues at hand. The male employee hung up on me and then right after that the Branch Manager Cassandra hung up on me. I've never had an issue with these people or this branch when they need something but the moment you need some assistance they will POOP all over you. read more

The loan agent here was very unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable and low I left with no loan after I went in being told I was going in for my closing I wasn't then asked for my social security card after providing all prior documentation to my appointment being asked again about documentation as if I were providing false documentation. I was not allowed or offered another agent at all even though there were two others around I left have never felt so frustrated before by financial advisors or so called advisors before. Coming from New Mexico One Main this was very disgraceful and distasteful then they closed my loan out and I never said I was closing it I just said I would take business elsewhere meaning another location, now I can't seven open it for another 30 days and I'm screwed. read more

I truly hate this place. I would never recommend this place to a friend or an enemy. They was very rude about a conflict I had with them years back. It was over the auto debit for payment policy. This was also right before the thanksgiving break. I got the impression that they did not even want to be there and said anything they could just to get me out of their office. They basically told me that they don't care what my questions or complaints are. They said that they have my signature and nothing I can do can stop them. I went down to my bank and told them I don't want or give them any rights to take money out of my account. I removed the autopay agreement that I have with them and then filed for bankrutcy. They did not get any money out of me. I would not stand for being treated this way. So essentially, I won, despite what they thought I could do it about it or not do about it. Never go there. The reviews must be written by employees. Because they have like 4 employees. Consumer reports rates this company a 1 Star. I see now why. I need a loan last year for a family vacation in which they gave me. I promptly paid it off in 6 months instead of 3 years. Then was interested in another loan and my credit is decent. The denied me. It was Saturday and I was in a panic on the count of me owning what it seemed to be what they call FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS due by MONDAY!!!! So I logged on to my credit karma app and pursued their recommended personal loan offers. Within ten minutes I received a call from one of One mains representatives and sure enough they insisted on me driving down there that day to complete the application that was started via credit karma. So I walk in and I'm greeted by the nicest staff members and managers I've come across in a while. Natalia was an absolute pleasure to work with. She explained all the details in an understandable manner and tried to get me the lowest rates possible. I was lucky enough to meet the great staff at this location and was easily and quickly helped with a loan I needed to buy some furniture for my new apartment. Cassandra helped me, and she was the best! Not only did she explain everything really clearly but when I talked about just moving to the area she offered some great spots for picturesque hikes and good FOOD spots that are a must here! The rest of the ladies in the office were really friendly and it was great just talking with everyone.
