We agreed on a date when we my wife and I could get by with only one cars for three days. On the agreed day, a Wednesday, my wife and I drove two cars to their shop. First, they couldn't find our car on their schedule (so no workers were standing by to fix our damage). However, they did see that parts had been ordered (thereby saying I wasn't making this up). It became clear they were going to keep the car over the weekend and into the next week. They made excuses - delay not their fault. I took my car elsewhere.

I don't often write reviews, but my experience at Central MO Auto Body was truly exceptional. The…read morefront bumper cover of my car had been popping loose on the drivers side intermittently for the last year since another car backed into it. I took the car into the dealer and they would only quote me the price for a complete replacement of the front bumper cover - which was over $1000 with parts/labor - and they said we would have to leave it with them for at least a week. My wife and I were not interested in spending that kind of money at this point, as the bumper cover was still in tact... it just kept falling off. After reading previous reviews on Yelp for Central MO Auto Body, we decided to give them a try. I could not have been more impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My car was evaluated and taken back into the shop within 5 minutes of walking through the door. They returned my car to me in less than half an hour with the front bumper cover firmly reattached, and they did not charge me a penny because it was a simple fix! I cannot recommend these folks higher. I plan to return here if I ever have any other auto body issues.
