Dr. Duerson came in and explained that I needed a procedure. He explained my options. I made an appointment. My appointment went well. Dr. Duerson explained everything he was doing and asked multiple times if I was doing well. He gave me detailed oral directions and an information sheet. Tiffany assisted and also checked on me during the procedure and answered questions. She also quickly removed my stitches a week later. It was also thoughtful to have a call later the day of the procedure to see how I was doing. I had no swelling, bleeding, or pain from the procedure. God forbid I ever need dental help again, but if I do, I will certainly come again and would recommend this facility.

The day before his appointment -- after he had arranged time off work -- the office called to say they don't take his insurance because it's an HMO. They admitted they don't verify insurance until the day before, which is a serious flaw in their system. This could have easily been checked when he submitted his forms weeks ago, saving everyone time and frustration. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Dr. Salas is very professional; deals with the problems, but does not "make problems." Although he does not take insurance, they carry a "house plan," for those who have continuing issues. His prices are reasonable. When an injection is necessary, he is the best--slight twinge, but not the normal pain. The office is welcoming and the atmosphere is "home town." I've never had to wait long. Always felt well-cared for by Dr. Salas and his team.
