The DAY of closing, after everything was signed of course, I come to find out that there was major water damage to the home that was shoddily "repaired" and was NOT on the disclosure! I spent weeks, which turned into months, having to go through the Anderson Group to contact and communicate with the Sellers. No one helped to resolve the situation, let alone provided any sort of help given the circumstance. I was very reasonable as the last thing I wanted to embark on was a lawsuit and I had hoped that all could be resolved peacefully and fairly for all parties. Instead, I was left feeling duped and tossed aside! Definitely not an experience I would wish upon anyone, and 100% not professional. Josh Anderson was "too busy" to be bothered with the gross negligence. Needless to say, I am not impressed nor would I recommend working with this firm after this experience.

*Long post alert* I…read moremoved into Chase Cove in May of 2017 and I was hoping to have a better experience than what I had at the previous community I resided, only to be let down tremendously. In the last year my HVAC unit has gone out a total of 8 times, and each time there was a quick fix done to get it back on. This last time was the final straw for me. I normally don't do things like this, but I don't feel valued as a resident. I came home Friday 9/27 to find that mu unit had gone out again, the 7th time was at the beginning of that week, so I sent a maintenance request through the app on Friday night. I did not receive a response until Sunday night, and the email stated that I should've contacted the emergency maintenance line for such issues since the email is not checked after hours. While that is understandable, the office is open on Saturdays from 10am-5pm, which would mean the email would've been checked that Saturday. If the email is not monitored after hours, how was she able to see my maintenance request Sunday night? Is that not after hours since the office doesn't have hours on Sunday? When the maintenance tech came to check the unit, he stated that the compressor was out, but when I received an email from the manager, she stated it was the condenser that was out. At this point I'm not even sure if the correct part was fixed, but I'm more puzzled on why it wasn't replaced. I called corporate today and requested to speak with the regional manager, Zac Ward. I was told that he would give me a call, yet I received no call, he just gave the order for them to replace the condenser. I had no air from Friday night until it was fixed Monday and it was in the 90s this past weekend, and the only communication that this company feels I deserve is through emails. I've been a resident for almost three years, this property hasn't had a single issue out of me, I pay my rent 7-10 days early (October was paid on September 20th) and the treatment that I have received has been subpar. What's crazy is this is only addressing the HVAC issues that I've had to deal with.
