I was told YES over the phone that I was a new donor and that I would be getting new donor pay. I schedule a new donor appointment I go through all of the new donor process spent 3 HOURS doing this whole process expecting to get the new donor rate I get to the exam room just to be told I am not a new donor and that I will be payed the non new donor rate. I spoke with the manger TINA HUNT about the mistake and the customer service was subpar blaming the fact that the company has a "new system" I am extremely disappointed in the service provided. Waisted 3 hours of my time there staff is not knowledgeable and there management isn't any better. The fact that I called and verified AHEAD of time to make sure that mistakes like this doesn't happen just to be shewed away. If I had known I was not a new donor I wouldn't have made the drive and invested 3 hours of my day for NOTHING and to be treated terribly. I tried contacting corporate but there is no customer support that I could find. I was told I would get new donor pay I called and verified before I went just to be lied to and deceived and when trying ti make things right speaking to the manger get terrible customer service and no corporate complaint Im just left missing 3 hours of my life for NOTHING. DO NOT GO HERE They don't know what they are doing They will lie to you And they will deceive you. Go to CSL plasma they are far more professional and have there "system" in line.

Not only for the much needed extra cash, but a chance to see the very knowledgeable and super friendly staff!!! From start to finish was great!! Preston one of the mangers was very helpful and readily answered any questions or concerns I had, and did it all with a pleasant smile on his face!! I was expressing to him my extreme fear of needles and told him how I always come here free of fear because of the excellent talent when any of their employees "stick you!!" JAMAR is the man!!! When I tell how talented this fella is when it comes to sticking there aren't enough words to praise him!!! I told him I compared it to feeling a "feather drop" onto my arm haha :) so if the fear of the needle stick is keeping you away well rest assure the amazing staff here has you covered!!! The plus about this new office is that there are windows to see out (to the parking lot). The previous donor room was an interior room so the only things to really look at were the screens that everyone had to decide to watch the same thing. Looks like each platelet station has their own entertainment. Staffers are still great and friendly, some of them are adjusting to the new office and where all the supplies are kept. The layout of the office is not as spread out, but is a more efficient space- less walking between the history/interview rooms and the donor room. Check in is easy- make an appointment online or on site...further check in questions are done on iPads and you are ready to go. Vitals are taken in the history room and then you go donate. Always nice to know the blood is kept local and you are always thanked for donation. It gets used in the area and helps the community.
