The conversation became a bit confusing when he compared providing his last name to being asked for a Social Security number, which didn't seem relevant to the situation. Overall, the interaction felt awkward and left me uncertain about the level of professionalism. For someone in a service-oriented role, clearer communication and a more straightforward approach would have made the experience much better. Based on my experience, I would suggest being cautious if you're considering hiring him. I also noticed in other reviews that some people mention interactions becoming difficult and that other problems occur when he is doing repairs.
