I showed up, a bit frantic, and the kind staff printed my copies, sorted through everything, wished me luck, and sent me on my way. They took care of me immediately, and because it was so few copies (just a few printouts), they did it on the house. The copies turned out great, but based on the kindness and generosity of the staff alone, I can't recommend them enough.

Staff is generally quite friendly and able to help customers decide what services are right for the job.

After one of our sponsors dropped out at the last minute, it left us in a lurch to find a printer to print the logos on to the garments. I called Blue Shift in WEM mere HOURS before the fight. This was down to the wire! The guys there were chill and said it was no problem to get the logos printed and just to email the files. We walked in to a very busy business full of people waiting and the Blue Shift team managed to sneak us in and get the logos printed right in the knick of time! The second fight a few months later we went to Blue Shift again and had the same efficient service and care to detail. We brought in the shorts and shirts and the tech did a mock up on the screen to show us and drag around the logo files to where they should go. The item arrived damaged and now the owner/business is taking no ownership for their mistake. The item was not packaged properly clearly hence the damage, as well I was not offered insurance on the item - standard protocol for any UPS location, especially when the items are electronics or fragile. I have been trying to get this rectified for 10 days and the management/ownership team has been absolutely horrendous to deal with. The owner is trying to take away all responsibility from him and his team for their mistake. I am now going directly to UPS Head Office and preparing a bad faith lawsuit. I would not go anywhere near this location unless you are more than comfortable with your package arriving in an awful state as well as no ownership or integrity on their end if anything goes wrong aka they make the mistake and then it's on you. The manager is extremely rude and condescending. The owner is completely rude and condescending. I do large amounts of shipping for work purposes (upwards of 5 - 6 packages a week) and this is hands down the best worst shipping provider I have ever dealt with between western Canada. Genuinely pay more to avoid this place at all costs. It is not worth the risk. I have the messages back and forth from the owner speaking about his rights as an owner... how about taking ownership over your business and when you guys clearly make a mistake (Not 1 but 2) - not offering insurance and not packaging properly, you pay for the damages you've caused. Seriously if you are in the edmonton area I would avoid this place at all costs.
