I have never injured anything, so I was obviously very scared. Dr. Toole took his time and carefully examined my knee and told me that I needed an MRI. He was concerned that I had unfortunately torn my ACL. I was devastated, but Dr. Toole spent a lot of time explaining everything to me which comforted me. I got an MRI, and my ACL was indeed torn. Dr. Toole recommended surgery, and carefully went over all steps of the procedure as well as the rehab after the surgery. My surgery went great, and I am now 9 months out from my surgery and feel great. My knee is more stable than ever! I am so glad I decided to go see Dr. Toole, and would highly recommend him to everyone! Top notch doc!

I would love to recommend to any higher ups that the patients coming here are coming here because they are in pain. I would recommend the staff park in the back of the parking lot and save the front spots for patients. My first visit was with a really nice guy (I forgot his name) but he seemed to do the evaluation and decide what you needed, he gave me a few stretches to do at home and I made an appt for the following week. My next 2 visits were with Jenn. She is Ahh-mazing. Another one of her patients referred to her as a Cactus that has a beautiful flower, but will hurt you- or something similar but its perfect for her lol When she is working on you it can hurt, but when she is done you really feel so much better. She is friendly, listens to your concerns and a really great multi tasker. I do hope she gets a break as she is always very busy when I go in. But when she is working with you, she gives you her full attention. She is surely an asset to Fyzical Therapy and the only person I will see from now on. The only issue I have with here is the staff parking up front. But the service is 5 stars so the review will be 5 stars.

A professional physical therapist is required to oversee the protocol and deliver the required therapies. For this I turned to Dr. Spencer Shore at USA Sports Medicine. The overall experience has been exceptional. The approach was deliberate and disciplined. The results are solid, sustainable and better than I thought possible. Dr. Shore was both a cheerleader and coach through the process. It is easy to become discouraged during an extensive therapy engagement. He knew exactly when to reward and when to challenge. Dr Shore was careful to explain the journey. There were no surprises and no questions left unanswered. The therapy was delivered in a clean and orderly environment and the receptionists were always cheerful and did their best at accommodating last minute scheduling needs. In closing, I would like to thank the team for their superlative care, warmth and professionalism.

After hospitalization and three months of in home nursing care and occupational and physical therapy I was barely able to get around with a walker. After discharge from home therapy and a month of therapy elsewhere I was lucky enough to find Aberdeen Physical Therapy headed by Ian Nagle and with his fantastic assistant Kayleigh. Unlike the mega clinics that pack 15 staff and 50 patients into a shopping center space Aberdeen is a small center with two therapists and no more than five patients at a time. This allows for the personal attention that contributes to the best overall outcomes. On my first visit Ian evaluated me and immediately determined that the greatest impediment to my ability to ambulate was the weakness in my hip rotator. He devised an individualized exercise plan for me and literally "hands on" began working the muscles that were holding me back. Within two weeks I was able to put the walker in the closet and walk exclusively with the cane. Ian and Kayleigh continued adding strengthening activities to my routine until I was able to walk without the cane in most instances. I still use it for longer distances and on rougher terrain. I cannot express my gratitude to this team of caregivers. Rather than Physical Therapists I call them Physical Magicians.
