I carelessly tore my right calf muscle while working out, and following 6 non-weight bearing weeks on a scooter and 2 weeks in a walking boot, I wasted 2 weeks attempting my own regimen of rehab. I started therapy with Dr. Rob. I was always on time for all of my appointments. The two criticisms that I have is that Dr. Rob would take phone calls during my sessions. I found it very unprofessional but didn't say anything. I left the practice because I showed up for an appointment that I thought was at 12:00 (I was physically there) but the practice had 2:00 in their system. I asked if someone could see me and they could not. I was then charged $60.00 for a no show and a 3 percent credit card fee. I wasn't getting the reminders because it was going into my spam. I fixed it but when I spoke to Dr. Rob he wouldn't take off the $60.00. I then told him to cancel all my appointments. I was going to do dry needling with him (an out of pocket expense) but obviously the $60.00 charge was more important. Not good business practice. read more

Successful rehabilitation. When I first walked into Dr. Rob's office with my 1-year old ankle injury I was incapable of running, could not perform a lunge without sharp pain, had a peg leg for left leg my first steps every morning, and could not walk brace-free without pain. Upon completing just 6-weeks of rehab work with Dr. Rob and his team, I was able for the first time in a year perform a lunge pain free, maintain a jog running pace pain free, have a fully working ankle first thing in the morning, and have not had to wear any of my ankle braces in several weeks. I absolutely recommend Dr. Rob and his team to anyone who has experienced an ankle injury like mine. He writes up the plan, you just need to perform the movements, and trust the process. I truly 10/10 recommend Dr. Rob to anyone who needs physical therapy of any sort. I came after being in a boot from an injury I got on my foot. I had seen 3 foot specialists but I knew I needed physical therapy. Walking out of his office after the first visit was the first time I able to understand my foot better and I felt so much better. After a few sessions my pain slowly was going away little by little and I was doing things that I was too afraid to do before but with his exercises l was able to do it with so much ease. Dr. Rob and his staff is amazing! I started off a little skeptical coz I've always been allergic to exercise, but since my orthopedic Dr told me I need it, I figured let me try at least. I had really bad pain in my left hip, couldn't work, had to use a cane to walk. Had steroid injection, did not work. Dr. Rob gave me 5 weeks, twice a week. I'm like, yeah, okay. 5 weeks later... I'm walking normally, no cane and back to work!!! For real!! It's hard work though, he gives you homework and you really have to put in the effort to see results. But Dr. Rob did what he promised, my mobility is back and as a bonus, I kinda like exercise now! Who knew? But seriously, he's really good. He explains everything to you, why you're doing this exercise and what you can expect. Also, they do one-to-one therapy so you know they are focused on you the whole time you are there. I am a 72 year old man with (many) lower back problems, including sciatica, stenosis, bulging discs and arthritis. I've had a MILD procedure for the sciatica issue which worked very well and solved that problem. However it does nothing for disc problems, Physical therapy was recommended. I began seeing Dr Rob at AllProRehab in Boynton Beach. He explained what the procedure was for getting me to be able to stand and walk without the pain I was experiencing after standing or walking for about 200 feet. He started with a few exercises for stretching, core strengthening, disc decompression, explaining what and why what I was doing was beneficial. When I left that first day and got into my car it was without pain, I was truly amazed, it lasted about 3 or 4 hours, not a miracle but a good start. Over the past few weeks, more and more exercises have been included into my visit. Now I can go to several stores without having to stop and sit for a few minutes. Things are getting better. Me, being a nosy person, often asked why this or why that was being done and what was the benefit and was always given a clear and reasonable answer. Dr Rob taks the time to teach me how to do things on my own, so I don't have to keep going back the rest of my life. A different way of thinking. I went to all pro rehab for treatment of my lumbar disc herniations.the therapist put me on two axial loading exercise and then spinal rational exercises(both terapys are tinappropriate for disc injury) for the next two days my back was so painful ,after the therapy I could hardly get out of bed.i called hours before my appointment.i explained to the therapist how painful my back was for the past two days,after my initial visit.the therapist didn't serm to care,and insisted I make my apiontment.i called my orthopedist,and was told to go immediately for decompression therapy,which helped quite a bit.i returned to read more

I never write reviews but want others to know because I chose this place off of reviews. I went to dr rob hoping he would be able to help me with my herniations. After disclosing I had an epidural a few days ago he poorly adjusted me, got through half of the service and quickly ran through the rest to do at home. I left not feeling okay at all. Felt a sharp pain when I breathed after he adjusted me so I took pain medicine and iced myself hoping it would subside, after a few hours I reached out pretty concerned, he had absolutely nothing to say to help my situation--very awkward phone call he was pretty out of words. Dr. Rob is the 4th Physical Therapist I have seen in recent years and the best! I have a herniated disk plus arthritis and experience periodic episodes of pain. This year, I injured my hip and after being treated unsuccessfully by my medical doctor for 3 months, finally received a referral to a Physical Therapist. During those 3 months, the pain I experienced would not allow me to sleep all night. I also had difficulty standing up from a chair and had pain when I walked. Now, I have been going to Dr Rob for 3 weeks and am already able to sleep all night, can get up from chairs with no pain, and can walk comfortably most of the time. If I am on my feet for long periods of time, I do experience pain - but not to the degree as before. Dr. Robb provides one on one attention and gives feedback on the spot. I learned that I had been doing some of my exercises inappropriately and was not getting the benefit I should have. I am now looking forward to being pain free!
