I had really high hopes with Armstrong-Citywide because a friend recommended them. They were great…read moreto work with, and we really appreciated them getting us in the timeframe we needed. I also felt that Dave was very knowledgeable in recommending colors and what would best suite our home. That being said, the end result of the work done left me way less than satisfied. They installed and refinished hardwood floors in our new home and a ton of scratch marks were left all over the place. When I asked about the scratches I was told they were normal and unavoidable, but I've never seen anything like this and from what I've heard from others it's definitely not normal or unavoidable. In addition, I found stain splattered on our wall and a big splotch of it on the floor. Finally, when they installed the base shoe after they were done, it was left chipped on the ends and honestly looks pretty unprofessional. This was a huge expense for our family and I am really disappointed that it didn't turn out better.

They were able to come out same week, did the inspection and showed us where the leak was happening, but also where our roof had taken hail damage and suggested we contact our insurance to see what coverage we could get from them. They also came out the day the insurance adjuster came out so they could answer any questions or provide any further information, which was nice. When it was time to schedule our roof replacement, I was worried about the time frame as they were having a busy season and my parents were coming to stay with us in a few weeks. However they found a time for us just before my parents trip and had the roof off and replaced in 1 day. This also included replacing the old 80s skylights we had with the modern versions. They came back next day to do a quick walk through and check for any straggling nails etc in our lawn/around the outside of the house. I think (despite insurance not really helping us - which is not Innovatives fault at all) we were given a good deal. The shingles they used were the highest quality rated for hail and impact resistant. We got to pick from quite a few options of shingle color and it came out great. My only tiny critique is that the person who originally came to do the inspection seemed to not want to talk to me (I was the only one available to be home that day) and would make comments about "letting my husband know" and when he came back on the day of the insurance adjuster he literally only talked to my husband. It might not have been done consciously, but it made me feel excluded from the decision making.
