I called in and spoke with Owner- Teresa Aguilar to inquire about Medicare services for my parents…read more She mentioned that she would only be there half day due to the holiday week. But that her assistant Kathy would be able to assist me. I stopped by later that afternoon and upon my entry I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I waited in the lobby chair while the assistant was on a personal phone call. Unfortunately, she was the only one there. When I asked her for a quote, she had zero knowledge of the Medicare plan options and open enrollment period cut off. As I continued to ask questions, she kept rolling her eyes at me as if it was my fault that she couldn't help me. Kathy was very rude and dismissive; aside from the ghetto language she used on her personal phone call, I was already feeling uncomfortable with her. I don't think I would ever go back and trust her with crucial information, like my social and banking info. Please be mindful and always accompany your elders to these types of appointments. It is important to always receive good customer service and assure that you are leaving your information with trusted partners.

Kcal insurance not only emails me to remind me. Their agent also calls me on the phone to remind me. 2. They are fast and efficient getting quotes to me on my properties. They carry a variety of the insurance companies and their pricing is very competitive. The larger the insurance agent, the more companies they are able to represent. 3. Kcal Insurance has the local feel with the national system. When I need help, I don't need to rely on having to wait for your agent to call Your back. They have a customer service phone number; every time I call a helpful representative always helps me right away. 4. When I called their phone number today an AI agent answered me in Chinese. Of course I didn't have good attitude with an AI agent and demanding to speak with a real person. The AI kindly asked what I needed, I answered it impatiently. To my surprise, the AI agent completely understood what I requested and repeated what I wanted and told me what I requested did require an actual agent and would transfer me right away. Wow.
