I received a response the same day promising the quote later in the day. They kept their first promise and the quote was very reasonable, particularly considering the cost to replace the furniture would have been five times the quote to refinish it. The next day I called and they promised I would be pleased with their work. They kept that promise but underestimated my delight upon seeing the finished project. The furniture looked as good as the day we purchased it! Without hesitation I recommend the RPM team. They conducted themselves with honesty and integrity throughout the process, were very professional, produced results of the highest quality, and they made it clear they appreciated our business. They paid great attention to detail and took the time to redo any parts they felt didn't meet their high standard of quality. Jason even re-coated some botched parts from my original shop in LA.
