Their mission and reason for being here are deeply meaningful, and it shows in every interaction. Over the years, I've come intermittently for acupuncture and have also received massages with Brittany. I'll admit, embarrassingly so, that I haven't prioritized self-care as much as I should, especially as a spine patient. Long gaps between visits are on me. Even so, every time I return, the experience never disappoints. Most recently, I saw Brittany again for a massage, and she was outstanding. As a postoperative spine patient, feeling heard and understood is critical, and she listens attentively, is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely personable. Her bodywork is exceptional, thoughtful, and clearly rooted in deep clinical understanding. Everyone here is warm, welcoming, and truly exceptional. Even with the long gaps between my own visits, I won't go anywhere else. This is the only place I will return to. Thank you for providing such an amazing group of clinicians who truly care for our community and for keeping your services accessible without compromising quality. We are so lucky to have you.

Fortunately, two of us have had the benefits of working with East West Integrative Oncology (EWIO) for over 10 years. Finding a practitioner who can navigate the complexities of cancer care with such a deep level of expertise and compassion is rare. What makes EWIO so incredible is how they blend functional medicine, natural therapeutics, nutritional guidance, traditional Chinese medicine, and acupuncture specifically for an oncology setting. Doctor Adamo and her staff have helped us manage the long term effects of cancer treatment with unending kindness and compassion - managing the tough side effects of conventional oncology treatments, in addition keeping an eye on the big picture of quality of life and preventing disease progression. They also augment our cancer care by helping us manage some of our other co-existing medical conditions, making sure our entire body is supported, not just the primary cancer diagnosis and treatment. They interface with our traditional oncology practitioners and coordinate scheduling of our EWIO treatment accordingly. Beyond the physical clinical care, what we also appreciate is their focus on our overall quality of life. Dr Adamo truly understands that living with cancer affects everything everyday - mind, body, and spirit. Dr Adamo and her staff go beyond the data in our medical charts. We are deeply supported as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. If you need a compassionate, brilliantly skilled partner for your cancer journey, you truly couldn't find anyone better.

I had lower back pain for at least three months with no improvements. I got so frustrated. I had to stop working and stopped taking my kids out because I can't sit for longer than 45 mins. Thankfully I found Sage hill. They helped me a lot. Acupuncture visit at Sage hill is one hour for only one patient. (The other place I went before them was about 15- 20 mins while the acupuncturist had other 1-2 patients to take care of). Acupuncturist Michael at Sage hill is very patient and listen to me about my symptoms and improvements carefully each visit. And he always takes note. He put needles in gently. Besides acupuncture, he also put a Chinese medicine patch on my back by the end of the visit without extra charge. He also did cupping for my back pain and Gua Sha for my should pain after acupuncture without extra charge as well. He taught me two stretch positions which helped my recovery before I had physical therapy. My physical therapist also recommended the same stretch positions later on. (The acupuncture I went before them didn't do anything else besides acupuncture) His wife Ivy is so nice. When I contacted them for the first appointment, they were booked out for two weeks. I needed acupuncture badly at that time. Ivy suggested the other acupuncture clinics they recommend and trust in town. This business was pressuring their 1st time client to switch to them & that you wouldn't be covered if you were going to another Acupuncture/Chiropractic business if you had a combination of Chiropractic Services. Then this very rude female Acupuncture/Chiropractor/Business Owner of the facility that is pictured above, Farahnaz Akavan, comes out of her office. Mind you this is my first time coming to this facility, Farahnaz Akavan, re-iterates their pressuring tactic of, "If you come here for ACUPUNCTURE and are going to another facility w/Chiropractic services and you don't switch over, you will not be covered from us.
