After his initial visit to my home to give us a quote, I knew he was the contractor I would be using. This was the BEST decision I made throughout the remodel process! Kris was very easy to talk with, listened to my ideas and asked me questions from initial quoting to the end of construction. I felt comfortable he understood what I was looking for and the budget I had to work within. He was fantastic with scheduling and communicating throughout the entire process which made my life much easier. I have dealt with multiple contractors in my home over the years and in my previous jobs in project management. The project was not completed despite substantial payment being made. At the time work stopped, several contracted items remained unfinished, including: * Sink and plumbing connections * Hot water connection to washing machine * Electrical service to hallway, laundry room, and Tesla charger * Shower glass and tub filler installation * Caulking and finish work Final payment was requested before completion of these items. Shortly afterward, the contractor terminated the project in writing while unfinished work remained. Due to incomplete plumbing and electrical work, I have had to seek additional contractors to correct and finish the project. I recommend that homeowners verify licensing status, permits, and project completion terms carefully before entering into an agreement.

The workers that came were professional and most times we did not know that they were there since my wife works from home. Melissa was our manager and she did a great job on listening to our concerns and ideas and even caught some items that we did not even notice. All in all it was a great experience and would absolutely use again for our next project. One of the the inspectors who was checking on our electrical and plumbing had real high complement's for Muse being very thorough with the expectations for the contractors and the client. That is a big plus.
