So I'm giving them only one star for that. Will update later.

I had to use another facility last week because Alliance's CT machine was't working. The office manager called ahead and made sure they knew I was fasting and needed to be seen right away. They were like next day or day after, whatever works best for you! I was very grateful since I was in considerable pain. Arrived for my appt, be advised it's a tiny parking lot with a lot of construction work around it. Waiting area was nice and clean and chairs were comfy compared to most. Front office staff was friendly and helpful and quick to get everything in order for me to be ready for my appointment time. Paperwork via iPad was super simple and easy to fill out. Again be advised, just because people got there after you and get called before you to go back, doesn't mean they forgot about you. They offer many tests and some are quicker than others. I was called back by a wonderful lady named Sonya. She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through step by step about my scan and what to expect during and after. She made sure I was steady on my feet before leaving and gave clear instructions for what to eat/drink and possible manageable side effects of the liquid I had to drink before testing. I highly recommend this office for quality customer service, patient care and efficient testing.

I rescheduled my MRI and brought the remote this time and I have been waiting another 1 1/2 hours and the waiting room is full and they're saying it's going to be at least another hour before I can be seen. I also have an order for an MRI on my back but I will NEVER come back here again. Absolute nightmare.

After my first mammogram, I received a call saying there was something they wanted to examine more closely. Unfortunately, the person who called couldn't even pronounce the term the doctor used, so I had no opportunity to ask meaningful questions. That left me feeling anxious and panicked.... Six months later, I arrived for my follow-up appointment, and just before my screening the technician realized I had been scheduled for the wrong type of exam. She told me I was lucky she caught it, otherwise I would have been charged -- even though the office scheduled the appointment. I had to leave and come back another day. For my most recent visit, I called a week in advance (on the 20th) to confirm I was scheduled correctly. I wasn't. The representative changed it to the correct screening on the same day, just at a different time, and I received an email confirmation. I double-checked it and everything looked correct. About an hour later, I received another email showing an appointment for that same day (the 20th). I called back, spoke to a different person at the call center, and was told not to worry -- she would cancel the incorrect appointment. When I showed up on my confirmed appointment date (the 26th), I was told that appointment had been canceled. The front desk said they would try to fit me in, which they eventually did. I then waited over an hour to be seen, followed by another 30 minutes while they determined whether I needed an ultrasound which was a whole other matter that I felt was handled wrong. Don't go here!
