She was texting another client to come in as she was supposed to be doing my hair. She dropped my scrunchie on the floor and as I asked for it to leave bc I was beyond disgusted by this girl her response as she laughed was "I didn't even touch it". It literally took everything I had in me to bite my tongue and hold my rage back. I will never steo foot in that overpriced shithole again. I believe her name was Carly and she needs a reality check and a course on customer service. Thanks to the owner tho for directing me to shear beauty down the street.

Everyone worked quickly, and Amanda does amazing hair and lashes. We weren't thrilled with the main makeup artist, but Jamie and Daryl did beautiful, natural-looking makeup. They offered to redo and correct anything we were unhappy with. They could have done a little something special for the bride like had coffee or something, but not sure if that's cultural (I'm Italian from Long Island). Also, the bathroom was pretty messy.

The women at New Nails were fabulous, taking their time with each of us, opening up a little bit early to make sure that our day would not be rushed, and doing the nicest French manicure (and great pedicure!) I've ever had. They were perfectionists in the best way and now, two weeks after my wedding, my gel nails are still perfect and my pedicure is still rockin'. Thank you!
