I don't normally drive downtown so I asked my dad for a ride to guess get drug tested. She questioned whether I had transportation to get to the job even behind my back to my job coach which it should have just been enough that I told her I did that should have been enough. Always used to telling jobs history that I have a disability I'm now being told it's oversharing my business and that jobs will openly discriminate if sharing I do. My second day I was supposedly observed of leaning on the machines I was not. Something I picked up I didn't realize was as heavy as it was so I accidentally dropped it was made a big deal of something that was easy to fix and then third day I got an over kill on 3 calls an email and a text to not return to the job. This was total bull I wouldn't suggest using this place they seem to hate white folks and are dishonest and shady

She showed me where i would be working and pretty much assured me the job was mine. She took both of my id"s and ask if i could come in the following week to meet everyone else because they might have me do some stuff for them. I said sure no problem. She ask if i could send her to references and i did as soon as i got home Friday afternoon. On Tuesday March 21 2023 i sent her an email asking her if she received my references and if she knew when would be a good time for me to come in a meet everyone else. As of Wednesday afternoon i stopped by the office to see if Lyndzie knew of a day she told me she had to talk to my references and would get back to me I said ok and i left. I checked my email at 3:35 that afternoon and there was a email from Lyndzie that was sent at 10:05 am that day telling me the job had been filled. Now why did she lie to me and tell me she had not talk to my reference yet? Why did she not tell me to my face the position had been filled? Why did she leed me on like i had the job? I had a poor experience with Hatch while in the process of finding another job. She proceeded to call me with possible opportunities which weren't in my field, schedule interviews (of which some never happened) and was more concerned about her placement fee than putting me in a job where I was happy. I think the biggest complaint I have is that I was sent to an interview which was not in my wheelhouse. I approached this cautiously but was excited about the potential opportunity as she had described this company as one big family that had a lot of fun and interaction. Once I was placed there, I found out it wasn't like anything she had described. It was a miserable experience and three weeks into trying to give it my all I had had enough. When I expressed this to her colleague, she couldn't have been more rude and unkind. The company I was working for had announced a big change the day I had gone into the staffing agency and when I went back to inform her of this, she got overly defensive and huffed, "I'm tired of the drama. We'll end this today." Although that was the end result I wanted, I felt ashamed and embarrassed for standing up for myself. After I was done with work for the day, I handed over my key and that was it. They have never called me since. I really feel that these recruiters are more concerned with the bottom line than placing people in the right job.
