Then they want to charge you $25 for paperwork to be faxed over not not even complete. How you sign a paper that's not filled out? Took a whole week for somebody to get back to me. I went to another eye doctor and they did way more testing on my eyes than this place and found a solution. They told me to take eye drops that didn't work and one of the eye drops was discontinued. These people are worthless and rude find you another place. Doctor got an attitude because I asked if he can wash his hands before he touch my face. The lady took my papers and faxed them then my job said they never got the papers so I'm supposed to pay $25 to fax them again lol this place is a mess

Very disappointing visit. My husband still has problems after his cataract surgery. The nurse was…read morediligent in her exam, checked the pressure, dilated both eyes and checked his vision, which is still poor in one eye. We were assured that the dr. would look closely at her findings and get his vision straightened out today. We went into the exam room and the doctor appeared in about four minutes to bluntly announce:"You're not supposed to be here today. I just saw you last month. You're not due back until June." I told him we'd received a reminder call this past week for this appointment. He defended that it was an appointment that had been made just after the surgery but that because he'd seen him last month, this one should have been cancelled. He walked to the desk to tell his clerks that the appointment should have been cancelled. NO APOLOGY FROM ANYONE! NONE! So a waste of an entire morning; an unnecessary dilation; and no one here seemed to be concerned. In fact, it was almost as if WE had flubbed because we showed up for a scheduled appointment! Plus the doctor said perhaps it was because we misunderstood his nurse's British accent. Say what? She wasn't the automated call to remind us of this date and appointment time. Not impressed at all. Cold and unfriendly. A second opinion may be in our future

They are now offering Valedia light treatments that halt the progress of macular degeneration in most patients with the "dry" form of the disease. It's an amazing thing. The first day I had to go to this office I did have to wait a long time to be seen (I was there for close to three hours) but it was an emergency appointment and that was understandable. They fit me in for surgery the next day at the Bon Secours downtown hospital DURING A SNOW STORM. And in the weeks after my surgery, I was extremely anxious and every single time they did what they could to fit me in and double and triple check the issues I was having. I was extremely apologetic every single time because this is the first time I had gone through something like this and as an anxious person in general, I am sure I was more than a little bit extra, but they were never anything but kind, helpful, and informative. My main doctor is Dr Feldman and he has truly been amazing throughout this difficult experience. I was also unfortunate enough to have this happen when I was out of my insurance network (traveling from out of state) and the people working in the finance department have been extremely helpful and understanding as I fight with my insurance about payment. I am also not the first member of my family who has been a patient here and my sister also has nothing but great things to say.
