I thought it would be one of the higher up rooms but it still has an amazing view. The restaurant serves good food but I which there was more traditional simple options. The prices are reasonable but that is for me. I thought the restaurants around town are fairly cheap at around 25 US dollars for two with one or two drinks each. The hotel is more like 35 US dollars for same.

If it's cold outside but you feel like swimming for few minutes, the hotel has a warmed pool. Two restaurants on site that are pretty good, if you do not want to or have time to go out into Puebla. I usually do not eat a restaurants in hotels unless the restaurant is known for good food not just being convenient. Now... this is the one thing you have to do. Make sure your room is not near the elevators. It isn't the sound of the people that will keep you up. It is the mechanical sounds coming from the elevator. I learned from this experience.
