He originally quoted me $130(!) for 20 3" waterproof stickers, but then brought it down to $70 once I said I'd cut them out myself (still $3.50 per 3" sticker...). For comparison, Etsy charged $30. I arrived to his store at 3pm that day and he was asleep in his chair... He woke up after I said hi a few times, gave me the stickers and I paid the $70 without looking too carefully at them. Then when I walked outside it was immediately apparent how low the quality was -- super grainy with print lines all over it (as you can see in the attached). I went back inside to point that out and ask if he could do a quick reprint. He said no, asked for my card, and gave me a refund without a discussion. I told him I still needed the stickers for tomorrow, so would prefer the low quality ones over nothing and asked if he could do a discount. He said no, price was $70. I said okay, you can charge me the $70 then, but I'm surprised this is how you handle customer feedback. He raised his voice at me, told me he didn't see any problem with the print, and said if there is it's my file's fault (isn't it the job of a printer to tell you if you need to send in a bigger file size??). I again told him I couldn't believe this is how he was handling customer feedback, and insisted he charge my card so I could take this low-quality print home. Instead he angrily grabbed them out of the trash, threw them on the counter, and told me to go. I have NEVER seen such unprofessional behavior before in my life. Incredibly rude, condescending for his overpriced and substandard quality products. Stay away from this mess of a business at all costs.

I look forward to doing future business with Adam and Iove the lettering he did for my company vehicle. Adam's communication throughout the design process for my advertising was amazing and I couldn't ask for more from a small business/business owner. Ps. I was in this establishment when the gentleman who wrote a bad review about this small business had his "experience". It's more than obvious that the man didn't give Adam a chance. There is no doubt he has a lack of sense of humor. I wouldn't want this gentleman as a customer or continue to give him the opportunity to deface small businesses in our community. The review should removed promptly.

I am a small business owner that was looking to have some shirts made to help me take my company to the next level. I wanted to find another company to do business with that has the same customer service level that I give to my customers. I am very glad I chose Fantastical prints to have my shirts made. Dave was very helpful from the beginning with the logo, shirt selection, color differentiation and things they may be a potential downfall in my original logo design and how the thread would actually look on the shirt. All his suggestions were spot on and we went through a few changes with my logo and trial runs before we felt the shirts were ready for their production run. His service was fast and kept me in the loop the entire time. I just received the shirts yesterday and I have to say they look great. Can't wait to go out on my next appointment with my companies name and logo on some high quality polo shirts!

He said $7 per print plus a ten dollar scan fee. fair enough. i spoke with my partner who would be sharing the cost of the prints with me. he said that was a little too pricey as he has gotten them for closer to five. I called up Pekka, and politely asked if he could work with us on a large order rate. He quickly acted insulted and told me to go somewhere else. also fair enough. but when i went in to pay my scan fee so i could have the image on a disk, he said he threw it away. He also said "and next time it's not going to cost you ten dollars it's going to cost you a hundred dollars." There won't be a next time. We tried to support the local guy by offering him not only our business, but an entire gallery full of artist's business, and were sorely disappointed.
