I was in an increasingly dangerous living situation with a friend; when I reached out to Billy, he had sent me a brand-new listing within minutes of our conversation. He helped me with the application and even acted as my reference, since he knew me personally, through my business and a networking group. Within 24-hours, I had approval to move in this week and peace of mind for my safety. Marion B Real Estate in Slidell, Louisiana has let us down. They were hired to manage the Village…read moreTownhouse Apts. after Katrina but have treated it poorly ever since. They have never cleaned the courtyards and there is garbage that sits for months on the property. Some of the debri from Katrina is STILL laying around the complex. They allowed the apts. to become run down almost on purpose. The complex was once filled with hard working people but they seem to not care who they allow to move in now. There are broken down cars left parked for months on the property and the new people moving in don't seem to have jobs and hang out in the parking lot at all hours. We don't feel safe with people walking through out patios at night to get to their units. I would NEVER allow them to manage any property. I can't understand why they let this great neighborhood go down. They don't seem to care even though the owner, Realtor Lisa Simms Hayles, lives in Slidell. They have put a stain on a great community and we can't warn people enough to stay away from them.
