I did a ton of research when l started looking for a personal trainer and interviewed several trainers in person. While they were all great in their own right, Lenora stood out among the rest. She has a solid education backing her training up and truly approaches it in a holistic way, which was exactly what I was looking for. So far she has helped me greatly! We are working through some postural issues I have and she is really great during every session making sure we are doing the right exercises to help strengthen and balance my body and changing something if it isn't working.
