I believe it was about 6:15 pm/6:30 pm. The sales associate was patient and kind, running back and forth to get different colors and styles without hesitation. He also knew about the product and gave me tips for care and breaking in my new Birkenstocks. I ultimately settled on the chocolate brown, oiled leather Arizona. My feet are so happy that we finally purchased our first pair, and I know it will get better over time. If you are looking for a place to buy Birkenstocks and other feet-friendly shoes, this is a great spot, as they have a mixture of sneakers, dress shoes, and casual shoes. However, I do like the variety of stores and in my case the only osh kosh and carter kids clothing stores in the area. There are multiple parking lots so finding a space has never been an issue. I came during thanksgiving/christmas and the decorations are very nice. They have signage for a variety of holiday events happening (pics of your dog and Santa etc). There is a food court, shake shack, and Starbucks. My kids love the small play structure. It is very small and probably only entertaining for kids 4 and younger. I appreciate the clean bathrooms inside the food court- especially the family restrooms which has a small toilet for kids.

The dude argued with me that I gave him two different pair and that "it couldn't be their fault" and that I was "stuttering and stammering" so I had to be lying (I'm paraphrasing with my quotations). His "meet in the middle solution" was he would give me the right size but I had to pay for the sewing. To me, it's about the principle. I have so far given them four OCPs of the SAME size and now I have one that is smaller than my original. Still fits me, but it really is the principle to me.
