You have a choice if cup or regular cone. 1 scoop $5, 2 scoop $7, and 3 scoop is $9. For $2 more you can get a chocolate cone. If you love ice cream, they also sell them by the tub. 500ml $15 and 1000ml is $25. They also sell sundaes, shakes as well as hot and cold drinks. The DURIAN was amazing. It tasted like I just opened up the fruit and scooped it out. The texture was creamy and the flavor was a full punch of sweet and nutty durian. I really liked the LAVENDER & HONEY. It was so aromatic and floral. The flavor was light and sweet. It was a great combination of flavors. The YUZU was also a great flavor and had such a strong citrus note. It wasn't very sweet, but more of a tart flavor. I'm not a huge fan of LYCHEE, but the flavor was really good. It was very sweet and carried a very strong lychee flavor as if you bit into the actual fruit itself. My sister doesn't usually like ice cream, but she really liked this place. I'll take credit for that. I'm sure we will be back next time we're in town.

My cousin always preferred making her own milkshake from stirring ice-creams till they melted away, as milkshakes are otherwise very liquidy and watery. But, none of that at Krispy Kreme. Here, their milkshakes are thick and creamy and tasty! I bet, if she had one here, she would probably sue them for stealing her concept! Available in Chocolate, Strawberry, Caramel, Vanilla and Banana. I've tried the 3 oldest flavours - Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry. Love them all. Winter had really started to roll in. I could've gone to the usual cafes closer to the station but this little place with cute seating outside its' kiosk caught my eye. Then a sign that I had never seen in my life was before me: HAPPY COFFEE HOUR. That's right kids, you heard it from me. Between 7-9am, a regular coffee is only $2.50 (large $3.00) from the usual $3.50!!! That's a whopping $1 off. Now if you're an avid coffee drinker that needs their caffeine fix every morning, 5 days a week, 50 weeks a year (2 weeks for holidays!), that would say you a crazy $250 a year! The best part is, the coffee is amazing. My usual drink, the flat white, had that perfect velvety top and their blend is aromatic and flavourful. Not to mention, the service is top notch! Super friendly and warm. I can't wait to race back to this place. I am such a BIG fan. I will have to get my teeth into those desserts next time as well. While the Annex does do good food, their menu is very very limited (as they don't really have a kitchen to cook anything). Last time I went there were literally only one or two things I would consider ordering off it. Admittedly that was the Xmas menu, but I still remember it being like that before as well. Coupled with the limited options some of the food can be on the more expensive side (for what you get). Whether or not it was influenced by being my first stop for coffee this morning or just a damn fine experience, I am really happy that I ended up here. Started off with a batch brew made with Nicaraguan single origin from Sample Coffee Roasters. It was much darker than I would normally expect from Sample, but with this darkness came a really nice body and slight english breakfast finish. Unfortunately as the coffee was getting on a bit, many of the florals had flown, but what was left was still a very enjoyable start to the day. But then when the Umami long black came out, the aroma almost had me salivating. A robust and smooth body, it had a perfect balance highlighted with light florals and light winey back end to make it all worthwhile. Basically...yum.
