After 6 hours later we get back and unbelievable its still not even close to cold. Called receptionist, Ofcourse they are so kind and said we are sending someone right now. After 3hr 30 mins later technician guy came and said everything is normal and left . NO SOLUTION !!!! The sound of the ridiculous A\C wouldnt let us sleep in peace, we literally put our ear buds on to sleep.(by the way room is still not cool at all ) *2nd Day: Nowadays most countries are sending rockets to space but unfortunately this hotel CAN't manage to setup a USABLE WIFI CONNECTION! I had to do 3 very important conference call from my room and it was a SHAMEEEEE ! Totally 6 time i have to reconnect the freaking WIFI. Called the receptionist again and the answer is we are sooo kindly sorry but it is what it is at the moment please come to lobby maybe the service is better. ( though might work this time ) BIG NO ! It was only 2 bars wifi connection and nothing can be done again !!! NO SOLUTION ! I had to get out of the hotel and go use Starbucks Wifi which was PERFECT ! *2nd Night: We have heard that the Roof Top Restaurant's view is perfect for the dinner which was absolutely correct it was gorgeous, but we needed an iron for our clothes. Please look at the picture what they have brought to us. Under the iron had a weird sticky stain that i didn't see it at first and my beautiful Hugo Boss button up dress shirt has been ruined with one touch!! I can not believe what a horrible and cheap hotel is this. Forgot to mention that our room was cleaned but they didn't give us new towels which is again cheapest move for a 4Star hotel. Taking a shower experience cant be worse than this as well, please check the picture again and see how unprofessional hotel is giving us this room to use with broken shower door, which almost fell on me while in the shower. Ladies and gentlemen this is the first time I am actually taking my time to share this worst hotel experience with you all because I have almost lost my customer over a wifi connection and had sleep every night with airplane air-condition sound. Please think twice before spending your quality time and money. I wish i could give -10 Stars for you all ! Dip Note; Vale and receptionists were very professional and kind to us during the 3 nights. Do not trust any advertisements or promises from the hotel because they are simply not true. I read online that this is not a safe hotel; I stayed at this hotel and I can tell you from my experience that it is absolutely NOT safe. Physically my safety and security was also at risk just as others have felt in their reviews. I would absolutely never go back to this hell hole again even if they gave out free rooms!! Better to sleep on the streets with the dogs than to stay at the Hilton Kozyatagi. Fearful of my life. Diamond members are not appreciated at this hotel. Despite anything they tell you- know that the hotel is far far away from the city - nothing is nearby. Management as others have also said from top down is completely irresponsible and non-responsive. You are their ATM not their guest. The spa is a third party venue. They will not let you use the pool unless you wear an "approved pandemic head cover" and the jacuzzi is very cold. The shower rooms going into the spa smell like ass on steroids. Stinky sweaty and dirty. Stay away!! A famous family that owns Tiffany & Tomato ( famous clothing brand in Turkey) had an "after funeral ceremony/ reception" and I was shocked to hear the front desk staff (Ima, Altan, Levent) talking very negatively in public about this family. The family was in mourning and meanwhile the Front Office Manager, Duty Manager and some Front Desk Staff were laughing & giggling about this family. I was very shocked to see that a family who had spent thousands of dollars at this hotel and was a patron of the Hilton brand was being mocked by hotel staff. The family or their representive had left behind some of their perfumes and hotel staff threw it out or could not find it. When the family inquired, the front desk staff went around calling them cheap. Not only that, why are hotel staff publicly mocking someone who has passed away? No discretion and completely shameless!! Don't book your events at this hotel. Front Desk Night Duty Manager was sharing all guest information and incident reports with other guests and having a good laugh while he was doing it. Your personal information is not safe at this hotel. He was publicly sharing which guests were bringing in prostitutes - I found his behavior to be completely out of control and out of order! General Manager was made aware of many of the issues and problems experienced and instead of stepping up and resolving the issue, he kept silent and ignored waiting for payment and checkout. Little does he know that most all staff despise him and only kiss his ass in front of his face. Most all staff have a negative review of the General Manager at the Hilton Kozyatagi including the Front Office Manager who publicly says the General Manager is a "Puppet" for the owners of the hotel and a jellyfish. From what I was told by the day time Duty Manager, the General Manager has no hotel management experience. To me the GM looks like he had a serious ego problem which gets in the way of Hilton Policy and Procedures. Frustrated and cornered for several days because my room issues were not being handled, I finally had to tell the Front Office Manager that he was a moron (stupid) because of his behavior and that's when he became verbally violent and he went on further to threaten me that he will physically grab me and throw me out of the hotel and that he will take all my belongings including my passport and have them trashed. At that moment with three days left in my stay, no where else to go, fearful of my life, he instructed all staff to ignore any and all of my requests and pressured all departments from communicating with me. For being 5 star I would think someone would at least speak English to work the front knowing that you get all different types of people from different background traveling here. The fridge was so low in temperature didn't make my drinks cold and we can't even adjust it which is annoying. The elevator is very small and narrow for this being 5 star the elevator should be big knowing how big the building is! The bed was nice but I wouldn't say it's 5 star! I did not feel the luxury staying here. The shower water and sink water will run and stop while you are showering or using the sink (this is not 5 star)! I think that is how they conserve their water??? It was annoying when you are washing your hair and the water stops then it comes back on and you continue washing and rinsing your hair. If this is considered 5 star their water should not be like this at all! Let's talk about breakfast...mind you I stayed here about 10 days. It's the same food everyday or something similar. You get like 3 types of eggs or they make like 3 types of eggs...like there would be boil eggs, scramble eggs with veggies, or fried eggs folded in thick layers. They don't really give you much meat option. For being 5 star where's the bacon for breakfast? The cook or chef should step it up. This is not 5 star food so everyday you come get breakfast you will eventually get tired of it because it's the same. There's no WOW. It's very basic. We got a massage and couldn't do a couple one because they only had one person working the whole time. They usually get booked so plan ahead if you want a massage. They need to hire more people. We got to use the gym and that was nice. The pool was nice but you had to buy there hair net to put on before you go in the pool. I got to use the sauna and steam room. These amenity was nice when you hanging around the hotel. To make this short they claim this is 5 star hotel. I did not feel the luxury in staying here. The water from the sink and shower turns off and on. The food is mediocre and basic you will get tired of eating it. No one speaks or understood English. They should have a speaking English person in front. I would say this is your average basic hotel that just gives you more amenities. How much would you use the amenities right? This hotel was ok to stay but everything we wanted to do was all in the European side so best to get a hotel where you will mainly travel. We kept having to use Uber and that add up quick especially during traffic hours.

Also, our Vodafone sim cards were not working and asked the front desk if we could use their phones, they told us to go to our rooms to use the phone, when we did, we couldn't connect to Vodafone and they informed us to use the pay phone in the lobby instead; is this even logical?
