The 5 stars is for the nice people who helped us yesterday. I had to run an errand so I left my…read morekids there to flip the laundry. But the change machine is out of quarters. I learnt later that a young couple offered them 6 quarters so they could start the dryer. When my child offered the $5 bill (which could not be changed since the change machine was out of service), they refused. I returned to the laundromat and after my kids retold what happened, I hurried out to get change from the gas stations nearby. However, I was out of luck- one station had a sign at the counter that states they don't change. My child called me and said the couple left while I was still looking for change. Whoever you are, THANK YOU for your kindness! If you see this message, please contact me! Now, the laundromat: clean, bright, safe. We used the mid size washing machine $5 which washed two twin sheets, one queen cotton duvet cover, and laundry for family of 3 for 3 days. The machine was barely 3/4 full- there was room for more. There were $3, $3.5, $6.50 machines for various other sizes. The dryer was super powerful and dried everything in about 20-30mins. Dryers are all one size- you pop in quarters depending on how long you want to run them- really good, instead of a fix price. There were lots of tables to fold. Chairs on the side to wait. I didn't think it feel sleezy or dirty like you sometimes feel in big laundromats with multiple machines. No smoke either. There were several families working on probably about a month's worth of laundry .... It's a lot! Our biggest gripe is the change machines are out of order / out of change! We are passing through Casper so this was a nice stop.

Used their wash-dry-fold service. Was able to pick up same day. Stressed that I needed the clothes…read moreback by the end of the day. Not only did they notify me sooner than expected, when they became worried I wouldn't make it before the staffed hours ended for the day, they called again to let me know they would be leaving soon. Very very thankful for that call! Great customer service. Will definitely go back!

I moved to Casper in August of 2015. I began using this location to have my suits, dress slacks and…read moreshirts "professionally" cleaned and pressed. The first couple of times I had okay service. The more I used them the more I began to realize that my shirts were wrinkled and I was having to repress my shirts. Then I picked up 10 shirts and noticed that they cram all of their customs dry cleaning together and it causes the dry cleaning to fold and get wrinkled. The last bunch of shirts I picked up had 1 shirt had a broken collar button and the other shirt had a missing button and the material where the button used to be was also torn. When I took them in today the clerk said "that if we torn the shirt, we would have repaired it." Insinuating that I took this shirt home and ripped the button off and torn my own shirt. The reason I have signed up for yelp is to worn potential and current customers about the outrageous amount that they charge for repairs. I had a pair of dress slacks that had a hole in the front left pocket. (I have always used the dry cleaners to repair damaged clothing.) When I picked up this slack today I almost had a heart attack. The cost of sowing the pocket was a whopping $54.60. I had 4 pair of slacks hemmed and cuffs put on them for $65.00 in July of 2015 in Dallas. I am very disappointed with the dry cleaners and will not return. I will be telling everyone about this business. Definitely not referring them to anyone.
