I took my favorite pair of dry clean only trousers to this dry cleaner (there is one company that…read moreowns all the dry cleaners in Cleveland, Chattanooga, and Ooltawah so there aren't other options - they are all cleaned at the same location). The trousers hadn't been cleaned since my original purchase and had gotten some tree sap on them. When I got them back the sap was still there and they had added pleats down the front and back of the leg. If you look up these trousers they clearly don't have pleats. It says "market pleats at front" which are clearly visible at the belt line and not down the legs. The cleaners said they would fix it and remove the added pleats. I got these trousers back 5 times and each time the pleats were still there and had been pressed so that the pleats were reinforced. Not only that but they had added weird creases by the seams. Finally they had sort of pressed out the front. After several attempts to get them to remove them they charged me for fixing it (so I paid twice for trousers that they ruined). When I said that the pleats weren't supposed to be there and contested that they did in fact add them the woman there actually yelled at me telling me that manufacturers pleat all pants, which is obviously not true. I went to another location where they apologized for my experience and said that the owner would call me herself. Today I when I went to pick up my trousers I was told that I was wrong about the product and that the manager had confirmed it. I was never contacted by the owner. This is the worst customer service I've experienced. They ruined my $180 trousers and not only didn't apologize they also told me I was a liar. You can look these trousers up yourself (Sézane Loulou). No pleats down the leg in any color. The owner should have at the very least called to apologize for one of their own employees yelling at me. Now I'm a dedicated non-customer and my favorite trousers are ruined.

Plenty of working washing machines ranging from $4-11 and dryers are $1 for I think 13 or 15 minutes. I typically only use the laundromats to wash my bedding for the house. Very well lit, tidy, cleanish restroom, on site ATM, coin and card operated machines, which is super convenient. Vending machines for a light snack while you wait along with arcade games and laundry detergents. Everything is pretty cost effective, detergent and fabrics softener $1.25, vending machines $1, arcade games $1. Oh and 24/7 video surveillance. Can't beat it with a stick

Then, you end up on the left side where you can drop off or pick up. They will bring your clothes on hangers wrapped in plastic and open your rear door and place them on your vehicles clothes hanger. It is a really cool cleaners where you make them work while you sit in your truck. A few minutes later another homeless guy walked in complaining about losing his birth certificate and social security card. I would have left after the first red flag but I had already started washing my comforter and had a few minutes to go. Then another two sketchy looking guys came in one was wearing a his shirt inside out. He kept coming in and out into a back room, I'm assuming to do drug. I'm making this assumption because the entire place smelled like weed. By this time my comforter is in the dryer and I have a few minutes left to suffer. The only reason I chose this place was the convenience for my schedule. Moving forward I WILL NOT be supporting this location. Filthy, ran down, needs 24/7 security, several broken machines. The only plus was it cost $5 to wash and dry my comforter and sheets due to the size of the machines. $4 for the washer and $1 for the dry.
