It is one of those department stores that you rarely see anymore, especially in small towns like Oxford. It's not a chain like Macy's or Dillards but a one store entity. And if a store like this would still exist, it should exist in Oxford. It is an upscale department store with upscale prices. The people who work here are schooled in old time customer service with that southern flair. Go in and browse and you will see what I mean. Yes, prices are high. They probably have to be for this place to stay in business and operate in a very expensive location. I hope it stays around for a long time. The Square wouldn't be the same without it.

I guess in their defense, they are either remodeling or opening more stores in phases. Not other options in malls in the area so if your looking for something to do but don't have high expectations, then I recommend this mall.
