However, they only allow you 24 hours to pick up your furniture once you've purchased it... which is a real deal breaker if you don't own a truck. It's also a real bummer because they seem to get some nice furniture donations. Price wise, I'm not sure how it lines up with national Salvation Army guidelines, but they seem kinda steep to me: table lamps were $30 apiece, shade not included, which more or less ends up being Walmart pricing. I know it's for a good cause, but what's the deal?

In all my years living in Starkville, I've never had an issue returning an item and receiving a…read morerefund--until I purchased a pair of On running shoes from this location. I bought them on April 17th and wore them for only 2-3 days before realizing they caused discomfort in the soles of my feet. I checked my receipt, which stated that I had 7 days to return the item, so I returned on April 21st. However, I was told I couldn't return them because I had worn them, and the store needed to "contact On" before proceeding. This didn't make sense to me--there was nothing wrong with the shoes physically, and they were in the same condition as when I bought them. I simply didn't like how they felt, and I was within the return window. The staff gave me the runaround and were generally unhelpful, except for a kind associate named Blakely at the Tupelo location who empathized with my situation. Ultimately, I wasn't able to get a refund--only a store credit for the value of the shoes. I had to repeatedly follow up on my own, calling almost daily to speak with Bo, the manager, as no one ever reached out to me with updates. I've spent nearly $400 at this store in total, but after this experience, I won't be shopping here again. If you're considering purchasing On shoes, I strongly recommend buying directly from the brand's website instead of from a small boutique with high prices and an inflexible return policy.

I've purchased two antique cameras, countless pieces of jewelry, one dress, a wardrobe trunk full of antique clothing, a cedar chest, countless records, a photo album full of photos from the 1840s-1890s, sheet music, etc. They carry just about everything imaginable, and are very reasonably priced. Stewart's Antiques doesn't carry as much as Magnolia does, & Beard's Antiques is BEYOND over-priced. I would highly recommend this antique mall!
