THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AVOID* AT ALL COSTS! They got the particulars wrong on my policy which is very important to have right during a claim which can have an impact on your insurance and failed to amend them after having spoken to them on many occasions and chasing them after the forth call to the forth person they changed details as they should they have a terrible customer service and having you hanging on the phone forever listening to that crap music. They don't even tell you that they have added the extras as key service and other charges which were not necessary only to discover your premuim coul dhad been cheaper i will never uses them again! I tock out insurance with this company 377 pound i was paying a month after 5 months them taking this i wanted to cancel the insurance to find that when i end they charge 10% plus 50 pound and the company they use for monthly payments witch you might as well call them loan sharks wanted 280 pounds to end the insurance, they also charge 400 pound for admin charges when you take out insurance with them witch they don't tell you. It was my first time using this Brokers but I was pleasantly surprised with the care and dedication show from their team that proved to be Professional on each occasion. At first they struggled to beat my price but they were tenacious in their approach that they wanted to help a local client, I have not experienced this level of Customer Service for some time.
