I am absolutely shocked at the service from one answer insurance. They cancelled my policy within the 14-day cooling-off period, yet they still took £1,400 from my account without my consent.
When I contacted them, I was told it would take up to 8 weeks to investigate my complaint and they have kept the money. This is completely unacceptable.
I would strongly warn anyone even thinking about getting insurance with this company. Their handling of cancellations, refunds, and complaints is utterly disgraceful, incompetent, and infuriating. They refuse to put a name on their emails--cowardly and completely unaccountable. Avoid them at all costs!
**Do not under any circumstances trust this company with your money or your motor insurance. Their behaviour is fraudulent and utterly unacceptable. I will be contacting all my fellow travel companies and the Financial Ombudsman Service to ensure everyone knows exactly how disgracefully this company operates.
