Our bathroom remodel was supposed to take one week but due to many unforeseen issues, Pat, Joe, and Joey worked hard for three weeks to finish the job right, never losing their attention to detail. I had Level Up enclose my screened in porch in January 2024. It looked very nice. Then it rained…read moreand one window leaked. I called Patrick and he came out and looked at it - caulked the window a little, redid the inside frame and said it was all taken care of. Several months later, I was having lots of bugs in the porch and mice getting in my house. I called Patrick again and he told me "to hire a handyman to come and do some caulking". Again a couple months later, we have a big rain storm and the window is leaking again. Now I am putting sticky pads out there to see where these bugs and mice are coming from. I had to call multiple times with no call backs and sent multiple texts but finally Patrick called and came again - I showed him the sticky pads and he caulked the inside of the porch, caulked the window on the outside and wanted to leave it for a couple months to make sure there were no leaks. So here we are today, I called Patrick twice to see when he could come back and redo the window. Well again there is no call back. I had a contractor come look at the windows. Well, he was not surprised that the window was leaking - there is no caulking on the windows and no caulking on the new siding and now there are gaps in the siding. When I had the porch done, I also asked him to install a motion light off my garage in the front. Three months after that was installed, it quit working. When he came to see the porch I pointed out the light. He told me to get a new light and he would install it when he came back to do the window. I got the light but Patrick never showed up. So, I had to pay someone else to install the light - which I already paid Patrick for and now I have to hire someone to finish the windows in the porch the correct way.

I received a quick and accurate estimate for both when it would be done and for the price. His pricing was highly competitive and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. I fully intend to use Leondras for future projects, he truly is Exceptional!

We hired Production Construction to redo our 135-square foot kitchen. We chose them because of…read moretheir strong reviews and better pricing. Demo began on March 10. Work on the job took 19 weeks, with long periods of no work being done. We didn't expect the job to run past May 31 and had to ask them to take a 6 week break for things we had planned before work started. We were finally done on August 31. One of the subcontractors made a significant mistake, resulting in a safety hazard, and PCI didn't catch it, or discuss it with us, until we eventually saw the problem. We had to raise the issue and insist they figure out how to fix it. They wanted to charge a significant change fee to do so, our supervising contractor became hard to contact, and we had to contact upper management. They offered a significant reduction in the change fee, which we accepted because we wanted this project finished. On the plus side, the subcontractors did excellent work (with the one exception), and our new kitchen is beautiful. We gave them 2 stars because of the problems with project management.

GreyHouse, Inc. was referred to us by a relative that used the company for a large home renovation…read more We like the relative's positive comments about the renovation outcome and tour given to see the transformation that was beautiful. We scheduled a meeting with Lindsey (owner) to discuss remodeling our kitchen/dining area and three bathrooms. The meeting with Lindsey and Chris (contractor) was pleasant. Specifications of the project were provided to review and approve prior to developing a construction contract. The contract outlined the terms and conditions of the project including payment schedule. We had an opportunity to review the contract and ask questions prior to signing. A copy was provided for our records. The project started August 2018. The demolition to the kitchen/dining area included removing wall paper, popcorn from ceiling, flooring, cabinets, counter tops, and light fixtures. Cabinets and wall paper were removed from three bathrooms. Lindsey gave us ample opportunity to review and select materials such as the kitchen cabinets, cabinet knobs, and paint. In addition, provided great guidance on choosing materials to help stay within budget. Chris kept us advised when project workers and city inspectors would be coming. When there were delays he texted us to check in so that we knew he was still on top of the project and provided reasons for the postponement. He regularly monitored the workflow of the project to assess needs and completion. Lindsey and Chris were professional and delightful to work with. The project was completed to our satisfaction. Their motto should be "serving with excellence". We definitely recommend this company. Roosevelt and Tannis S.

greyHouse did a major renovation of the property next door to my residence. Their work, completed…read moreroughly 2 years ago, included installing a new retaining wall, 3 or 4' high, on the steep slope at the front of the house. This retaining wall was not properly engineered. In particular, unlike the much older (60 years roughly) wall it replaced, no provision was made for water to drain from the retained soil through the wall. A few weeks ago, the wall started to bow outward and crack. Today, in a heavy summer rainstorm, it failed catastrophically, spilling dirt and concrete blocks across the sidewalk. If someone had been walking on the sidewalk during the collapse, they could have been injured or killed. greyHouse may do a nice job with interior renovations, but, based on this instance, they should not be trusted with infrastructural engineering.
