A review for OnCue? Yeah, why not. This one is actually nice enough to review! Let's do this in points. 1. Walk in beer fridge. Yeah, low point, get over it, we're in Oklahoma. 2. Soft serve yogurt. Not a bad selection. Toppings are a touch sketchy, though. 3. Nice selection of energy drinks. Better than the local 7-11 stores. 4. Cheap big soda. Pour it yourself and get a bucket of Coke for under a buck. 5. The employees are very nice. Not the typical gas station fare. Cute and friendly. 6. Gas is priced pretty competitively. Saving a few pennies adds up. 7. Drive through. Yeah, you can be lazy and have them pass you a bag of ice through a window. 8. Super clean. Both inside and outside. They are constantly cleaning, and bathrooms are great. 9. Walk in beer fridge. Yeah, I put it twice. 10. Easy access from the north and the east. Perfect for a quick in-and-out. read more

Always fast and friendly service. Clean store, nice landscaping. Reasonable prices. I love the roof covers the customers from the pump to the store. I will always get my gas here, especially in bad weather. read more

Oncue is my go-to, but be very careful at this location. I often see police at this one when dropping my husband at work near by very early on the mornings, but tonight an employee decided I was I guess breathing?!?! I never even looked at the woman. Her name is Leigh and she made it very clear that she runs the store. She checked four people who got in line after me and out of their turn! It was almost comical it was so uncomfortable. Eventually she swiped my cc and then said it was declined. Knowing that wasn't the deal I left. At the pump saw the pending $48.96 charged to my account. I left without my items. I literally walked out when she began screaming at me for saying I would not move out of line again so she can help other customers behind me. She told me to move three different times and helped people behind me. On the fourth time she asked me to move to help a man who had just walked in I said I will not move again and it was then she scanned my items. I inserted my card to pay and she began screaming she ran the store and said she changed her mind and I wasn't purchasing any of my items and the nonsense about my card. I have no clue what was even going on because I couldn't clearly hear her as she has her own stereo playing music at the same time the store music is playing throughout the store! So sadly, that's a wrap for me at oncue. It's just too unsafe. read more

I went to the drive thru on 4/29 to get gift cards. I was told that the manager had them locked in a drawer and I needed to come back. I went again this morning 5/1 and was told the manager said they couldn't sell them thru the drive thru. At this time I didn't want to come into the store. You missed out on a $20 sale and this should matter to you. Disappointing. read more

Generally have a fairly neutral experience here, but today the heavy set black female clerk was unnecessarily rude. I got gas and multiple items including a fountain drink, and had a text message for a free drink. I didn't read the entire text, and missed the part about wearing green to get the free drink. That didn't bother me and any normal response from the clerk would have been fine, but she was rude enough about it to make me decide to switch were I get gas from here on out. Bottom line, no one expects chic fila service from a gas station but clerks who talk to customers like they're just pissed off at them will cost you long time customers. read more

I visited the location on 29/Douglas on 3/10/20 around 11pm, I've had good service normally there but horrible at night, the 2 girls working tonight, felt like finishing their discussion between themselves before waiting on customers was more important . Then proceeded to walk to the registers with and attitude because I interrupted their conversation, then it went down hill from there, then proceeded to chase me outside and tell me to shop somewhere else !! I'll never shop at another OnCue again !!!! I've never had this bad of service anywhere !!! read more

I am a loyal customer that come in to OnCue every day for gas and snacks. Tonight I came in to OnCue for gas for my wife car with the gas light on to fill up her tank barely making it to the store. I pulled up to pump 13 preceded to go in the store to pay for my gas with a $100 bill when I was greeted by a rude store clerk by the name of PHIL who told me he couldn't break a hundred with a unconcerned demeanor. I asked was there a alternative in which I can pay for the gas with my $100 bill and with the same careless unconcerned demeanor he replied "Nope". So I ask how would he go about customers for the rest of the night that come in with $100 bills and he shrugged his shoulders. I ask to speak to his supervisor and he identified himself as the supervisor. After a brief exchange of words he told me to leave the store. As other customers watched the exchanged between us a guy caught me coming out the store and express his displeasure and how PHIL treated me and said he would not be interested in the store earning his business and I should seek further management on the way PHIL treated me. I then left the store feeling discriminated against and unvalued as a customer at OnCue. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to OnCue store #107 in Del City as long as PHIL is employed there. I went to the on-cue on e. memorial and got 25 dollar's worth of gas and they charged 43.07 to my card. The store pretty much told me it was not their problem to call the main office. I tried that and still have not got my money back. I was promised two call backs and got none. ON-CUE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO NOTHING.
