I guess they thought since I was out of town and wouldn't be going they could cheat me! Beware and double check everything you order! And shame on you! Grief is hard enough without you cheating people! Follow up- spoke to owner, Gavin, who told me this was not the arrangement they sent but this is the one that has my name on it I told him. He said that cards get moved and put on the wrong ones at the funeral home. Fine, then fix it. He hung up on me when I told him I needed him to call the funeral home and get card on right arrangement. I called funeral home and they will see if the arrangement I did order in a white basket is there and switch cards. Meanwhile another owner, Chaise, called me and said that this was the arrangement and it is in a white basket. After emailing me pictures, it turns out it is in a brown basket however, the arrangement is still the same one that I was shown and not the one I ordered. I think the business is missing the point because it's not about the container it's about the actual flowers and how shortchanged they are and please don't tell me that substituting 2 roses for all the other flowers makes it equal. Just admit you didn't do right and apologize! If this is how you deal with customers not being happy, I feel bad for any other customers you might get. And Chaise told me he didn't like how I spoke to him and his employees although all I did was argue and raise my voice (no cussing!) because they still maintain that this is the arrangement that I ordered and apparently trying to get what you paid for, and customer service doesn't give you the right to be angry!

I found this one last second with about a half an hour before closing 11 minutes away from us. So we sped off get there in time. When we got there and walked through the little pink door, it was the cutest little shop. So my friend is visiting from Scotland and we wanted to get some kind of necklace or piece of jewelry that matched. They have a great selection. We opted for some lava rock bracelets that help with communication, truth, and strength. I grabbed a little shot glass that said North Carolina on it because I have to have a trinket from every trip I make. When we were checking out, she said that somebody wanted to donate a basket to somebody that they had bought and wasn't gonna pick up so we ended up getting a free basket from Krystal! That was the sweetest thing. We were like two little school girls opening it up and dividing all of the little snacks inside. So thank you for making the end of our trip wonderful!!

Amazing service and products!…read more Our company always gets gift baskets for our customers for Christmas. We've used a popular online company for years, but this year, they messed up our order and we had to scramble to find a plan B! After doing some research we found Gingham & Posh. We loved how we could design the gift boxes with the colors of our company logo. The staff was great to work with and finished our boxes in a great time frame, even with the Christmas rush! We ended up going with the NC boxes. We've received many compliments from our customers of how much they loved their gifts. We loved how we were supporting a local business with Gingham & Posh, as well as supporting the businesses represented within the boxes. We're so glad our Plan A didn't work out this year. From now on, Gingham & Posh will be our go to for gift baskets!

The employee was really nice and friendly, greeting us with a warm welcome. There's so much in this shop, it's overwhelming. You are sure to find something here whether it's for you or a gift. The store is a bit pricey on most things but it's a local shop that supports local artists/businesses. I bought a bar of soap for $8 which isn't crazy considering most bars of soap go for that price. This really is a cute shop and it's perfect for finding special gifts.

The woman I spoke with at Holley's was extremely sweet and helpful. She told me that for $50 (price range I suggested) I could get a "real nice" arrangement, and she wasn't lying. This arrangement was gorgeous and perfect and HUGE. Far bigger and nicer than anything I have ever gotten from FTD or ProFlowers for the same price. You could definitely get a nice arrangement from Holley's for far less than $50-- that's just what I spent. Also, despite me placing the order over the phone and knowing next to nothing about flowers, they were able to create a gorgeous bouquet that exceeded my expectations simply based on my color preferences alone. I would definitely recommend Holley's to anyone. I have never been so pleased with a florist before.

To find that the store supports local businesses was a bonus, always try to shop local and support when I can. The issue was the 3 employees behind the counter making snide remarks about people shopping in the store and criticizing our purchases. Sorry but I don't think what I purchased was ugly. I can definitely find other places to support locally. As a business owner myself it was a bummer to not feel welcome and appreciated for spending money in the store, but glad we still purchased our items, because we think they are great.
