I was so impressed with the experience that, while I don't often buy children's clothing, I will ALWAYS check out Little Sprouts before I go anywhere else! Rose, the woman working the evening I went, greeted me the second I walked through the door, and then never left my side! I had lots of questions about children's sizes and what their mother would appreciate (for instance, should I steer clear of white?). Rose answered all of my questions, using both her own experience as a mother and anecdotes from other customers. After asking about my price range and seeing pictures of both girls, Rose began grabbing outfits from all over the place...she even pulled outfits off of displays for me to look at. She did a fantastic job of showing me enough options to explore a variety, but not so much that I became overwhelmed. Once we settled on outfits, she rang me up and walked me to the door. We actually stood there and had a nice conversation...and I commented that I would definitely be back when it was time for more children's clothing. About this time, I realized that I had kept her well past closing time, and promptly apologized. Rose laughed, and told me it was no problem...I had questions, and she was more than happy to take the time to help! I will definitely be going back!

I love The Find. I'm surprised I haven't written a review about it before. This is my go to shop…read morefor finding gifts for my nieces. The Find has a nice selection of baby and children's clothes. There are buckets of Jellycat stuff toys and lots of books and toys. The Find doesn't just cater to children; this place has something for everyone. There is usually a nice candles, jewelry, women's clothes, and mugs. I also like their selection of notebooks and pens. They have also had some really cute and functional face masks here during the height of the pandemic. I purchased a couple COIN 1804 masks from them and those turned out to be my favorite ones. The Find also stocks some Fort Wayne themed items like magnets that say "Fort Wayne: It's not that bad," and postcards with drawings of downtown. Regardless of the reason I visit The Find, I usually also end up purchasing greeting cards here too. They have some cute ones for every occasion.

The store must deal with a lot of that because everything is tagged with a safety tag. The overall store inventory was average. There was somewhat empty spaces on shelves. Prices are below average, but the quality is also not namebrand. I'm sure if you spend some time searching, you could find some deals, but none were found today. The employee seemed friendly and they greeted you when you came in, but this could also be a theft deterrent.

This is a nice town center style mall. I really like that style as the vibe is generally much nicer…read morethan an indoor mall. And this particular mall is one that is nicer than most in this category. Accessibility is good and there is plenty of parking. The restaurants and cinema make it a particularly nice attraction. The retail also fits our proclivities very well with nice specialty shops . There's a Trader Joe's and some other favorites like Old Navy, Carter's, Michael's and Von Mauer. It's a pleasant place to spend a day, especially if the weather's nice.

As an accessable place for someone in a wheelchair (especially alone) this mall isn't user…read morefriendly. All doors for stores open outward and can't be opened by someone in a wheelchair. I literally had to wait outside of two different stores for someone to either come out or notice someone in a wheelchair was trying to get in. Also, way too little handicap parking places! I feel at least 80% of the spaces down the middle corridor should be handicapped parking. Those without a different capability can park in the lots around the perimeter of the mall. Another point, sloped ramps are too steep to wheel yourself up and the turn radius of ramps isn't sufficient for wheelchair users. Pained Tree and Marshals are the only stores with auto doors, wide aisles and ease of maneuvering once inside. Be better, don't just do the bare minimum for ADA compliance...ask people who have different capabilities how your mall should look and how you can be better.

I have the bag to my lady and she went through it with a face of disgust. I was confused because my clothes were freshly washed. I also had name brand clothes in there that were not juvenile clothes. Especially as a young professional. I went up to retrieve my items and the lady pushed it towards me and told me she couldn't take any of it. I said no problem and the lady said bye. I considered buying a paIr of shoes but after that I wanted to leave and never return. I was not upset about not selling anything rather how I was treated. Two middle aged women were in there the whole time and the lady was SO nice to them. I could tell they were shocked at my treatment too. I was suppressed they didn't say anything. To be kind to me though the young graduate student she could care less about.
