This is a nice town center style mall. I really like that style as the vibe is generally much nicer than an indoor mall. And this particular mall is one that is nicer than most in this category. Accessibility is good and there is plenty of parking. The restaurants and cinema make it a particularly nice attraction. The retail also fits our proclivities very well with nice specialty shops . There's a Trader Joe's and some other favorites like Old Navy, Carter's, Michael's and Von Mauer. It's a pleasant place to spend a day, especially if the weather's nice. read more

As an accessable place for someone in a wheelchair (especially alone) this mall isn't user friendly. All doors for stores open outward and can't be opened by someone in a wheelchair. I literally had to wait outside of two different stores for someone to either come out or notice someone in a wheelchair was trying to get in. Also, way too little handicap parking places! I feel at least 80% of the spaces down the middle corridor should be handicapped parking. Those without a different capability can park in the lots around the perimeter of the mall. Another point, sloped ramps are too steep to wheel yourself up and the turn radius of ramps isn't sufficient for wheelchair users. Pained Tree and Marshals are the only stores with auto doors, wide aisles and ease of maneuvering once inside. Be better, don't just do the bare minimum for ADA compliance...ask people who have different capabilities how your mall should look and how you can be better. read more

This is directed to VS as a whole, not just one specific location. I've had a credit card with V for many years, have always paid my bill on time and have a zero balance on the account. Although it's been about a year since I've purchased anything, I went online to stock up on my perfume, lotions, body spray etc. and my Victoria card was declined. I thought there must be some mistake and called. The rep, Karen then tells me that since my "credit score has significantly changed, the card was made inactive and they would need to re-run my application". Are you kidding me?! Not that it's anyone's business but yes, my credit score has significantly decreased. We had a house fire and lost EVERYTHING. Insurance doesn't cover everything contrary to what many believe. Regardless of the reason, Victoria Secret, you've gone too far. It's none of your business, especially when I've never been late on a payment or had an outstanding balance! Who are you to dictate how or when I spend my money or use my card. I had Karen cancel my account with you and will never spend another dime in your stores. We were bullied by the mall security, they threatened to have our car towed because they claim that we did not have a handicap tag when we clearly had it displayed. We called the provided number on the sticker they attached to the driver side window, and they hung up on us. When we called again they refused to come and look at my car, when my husband asked fie her name she said no, when hw asked for the mall management number she said Google is your friend and hung up again. This is how they treat people with physical needs. Way to go Jefferson Pointe you hired a great customer service security company. read more

I came here while in town to shop on a recent visit. I hadn't been to this mall in many, many years but it was pretty much as I remembered it. This mall is open air and is nice. The Christmas decorations were still up and they were really pretty. We had no problem finding a parking space when we arrived. There was a nice shopping selection. Von Maur was very nice, I liked that they had a live piano player. I think I like the other mall better ( I think it's called Glen something) but this is still a nice mall. There were several eating places near by that were easy to access. I would visit this mall again if i'm back in the area. read more

I enjoy coming here, more so in the summer months because it's an outdoor mall and the winters can be a lil chilly at times. Not only do they offer some interesting stores but there's a theatre close and tons of places to eat. It's spacious and has very nice landscaping all around. It's always clean and I feel safe each time I go no matter the time of day. It has very minimal store closings as well so it gives a lot of options to shop. Parking is plentiful in a well maintained parking lot. Large pathways to walk on while you're navigating to different areas with benches randomly place to enjoy your visit. There's a wonderful water fountain that's only on certain seasons but in the winter the put up a Christmas tree where the fountain used to flow with water. Every stage of the year they always have electing events. My two favorites are Friday night light concerts and the Christmas tree lighting. If you've never been you must go to them. Fun for the entire family. Don't worry they offer plenty of others free events as well. Plan to spend the whole day. Even if your just looking for one thing!! It's a great mall. I love coming here in the summer - as it is an outdoor mall. You are able to enjoy the weather while shopping and it is aesthetically pleasing to look at as well. They have a beautiful fountain located right in front of Von Maur. I believe they have live music playing there every Friday in the summer. The Carmike movie theater is also connected to the mall so it makes it convenient if you need to kill time before your showing. They also offer a variety of dining options surrounding the mall - this means they do not have a food court. The downsides for me is the limited clothing store options and it is not the most pleasant experience walking from store-to-store in the cold winter or when it is raining. Overall, it is a nice, clean, family friendly mall and caters to the average consumer needs. read more

n Fort Wayne you have two malls to shop at and Jefferson Pointe by far is the better of the two even though it is an outdoor mall. They have better shops, beautiful scenery, and it's just overall better. The Glenbrook mall seems more like a day care for bad parents who drop their kids off there. An awesome outdoor mall/fresh air mall conveniently located in Southwest Fort Wayne. There's something for everyone; families enjoy Painting Fun Spot, the IMAX Theatre, Cold Stone Creamery, Barnes & Noble, and the happy atmosphere year round. There's also lots of upscale shopping and some great restaurants such as Chipotle and Flat Top Grill. They are finishing a new Food Court with large play area as well. The complaint I want to make is about Rave Motion Pictures theater in Jefferson Pointe. I wouldn't be complaining if this event has not happen more than once for me and I have seen it happen to other people when I have gone there a few other times. I have seen other people arguing with someone who worked there that they said a movie started at a different time then it did, which means they have to go to a different movie or come back later, and yeah I remember the people being angry because they had called on the phone and had the employee make a mistake on the wrong time. I went there a few days ago and the same thing happened to us. My husband called and got the wrong time, the show we wanted to see started two hours of a difference. Either there was one on then in 2d and be late they said or come back in two hours and see it in 3d. We were polite, but there was no apology for the employee who doesn't tell the right time for the show. I don't know if the employees don't care about other people's feelings or they are young and careless and don't read the times for the shows correctly, but show times need to be posted and stated correctly. It is a waste of a drive and upsetting to go there with a child to be said see something else when I made plans for that with my kid, I don't like to lie and not keep promises to my child because someone doesn't care if they were wrong and not tell the truth they made a mistake or not care because the customer will take it out on the wrong person, or maybe because they already left for the day and obviously the manager doesn't check up on their employees to see what they are doing on their shifts and if they care about their job and customer's feelings or maybe because the employee is just making a few bucks and don't care because he or she might want to go to a different job when they are out of high school or college. Rather or not it is a career or just a temporary job, customers are people and if you don't like to waste your time when you are out and about not talking about at work, please take the same respect and not waste others people's time and listen to them and speak the truth when you are working. People will be polite to you if you care and take the time to be polite to them. I guess for someone going there if a time is posted for a show it could be wrong but when you call to check the time get the employee's name and make a complaint to the manager if they made a mistake I have had and seen this happen at least three times and this is very poor for a movie theater experience. read more
