We bought a boat from these CROOKS and when we took it back due to an undisclosed problem, they spent more time boasting about their marvellous reputation and "integrity" than time spent fixing what they had attempted to cover up. They have no regard for their customers. They are only concerned with managing perception and a false facade. Now, only after 100 hrs on the boat since we bought it, the work they claimed to have done so impeccably and professionally has to be removed and redone - PROPERLY! They are the most dishonest group of people, starting right at the top, Mr. Poole. And what's worse than dishonest is their general incompetence, which is only preceded by their arrogance. It's this arrogance of theirs that gave birth to a higher level of absolute ignorance than I have ever experienced in my 35 years as a business owner. I am now spending $12,000!!!!! to fix what they claimed to have fixed! I wouldn't trust this place to patch my tow behind dinghy! You have not heard the last of this! Dave
