We were hesitant at first. This felt like a splurge on our end because we found out how high prices were once we started calling around. Luckily, we found Luxury Portable Restroom Trailers, and Adam provided us with a reasonable enough quote that we could budget for it. There was an additional charge for a generator, but it was still within our price range. We paid half up front and the rest 30 days before the event. This ended up being one of our best decisions because guests were thankful they did not have to wait in line for restrooms. The trailer had two restrooms with A/C. It came fully stocked with toilet paper and soap. We did not have to worry about whether there would be enough supplies, so this was one concern off my todo list. Guests kept reiterating how clean the restrooms were as well. These are not wheelchair accessible. There are a few steps to climb to get to the door. We could connect our hose or use the tank that was included. We opted for the latter to allow us more versatility in where to place the restroom. It lasted us the entire event. The generator also allowed us to have the restroom far enough away from the guests but still visible so they knew where it was. Adam fully explained how to turn it on and what do if the generator turned off. The generator did shut off as the party came to a close, but it was only a matter of refueling (which was provided) and it was back up again. Adam was very responsive and accommodating. He answered all my questions, including concerns about what would happen if the event was canceled or if the date was changed. At one point we were messaging back and forth at 10p trying to get the contract signed and he was giving me a run through of what he needed on his end in terms of space for the restroom. He brought the restroom at the agreed upon time. With payment split into two, it made the restroom feel more affordable--keyword here is FEEL. (It was still the best price around town.) The final payment due 30 days before the event was a little concerning at first. I had multiple scenarios running through my mind, but I did not need to worry. I would have preferred it the day off, but I also understood why it might have been the case on his end. Bottom line, this was ultimately a good decision. It might have been a splurge, but it was money well-spent. Guests appreciated the extra thought over their comfort. Adam was great. Not only would I rent from here again, I would recommend them to anyone looking for luxury portable restrooms for their event. Make note to read the contract thoroughly because it details everything needed from space to bring the restrooms in and distance from water access. Additional charges and liability are also on the contract. Do not be afraid to ask questions if needed. Adam is responsive and very helpful.

We originally went through Home Depot and were paired with Delta Mechanic. They came out, assessed the situation, and recommended replacing both water heaters with one larger tankless unit to serve both sides of the duplex. Their recommendation made sense, but their pricing was steep and completely non-negotiable. That's when I started researching local companies and came across Goode Plumbing. Travis came out personally, looked everything over, and gave the same professional recommendation, but with a far more reasonable quote. He said he could beat Delta's price, and he absolutely did. The fact that a small, family-owned local business was able to provide outstanding quality of work at a better price speaks volumes. I also really appreciate that our money stayed within our local community rather than going to a big national chain. The installation crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left the space spotless. They were professional, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work. Selected a delivery time of 11am. Signed the contract. Paid the invoice in full the date I booked. I get an email the day before the event confirming the event and the contract of a delivery time of 11am. Well, day of...11am comes and goes. I call multiples times, no answer. It's 12pm at this point. I send my husband down to their physical location and the woman in charge of contracts was just rolling in the door. She tried to gaslight my husband and say it's my fault that I didn't specify a time (i did - it was literally on the contract!) and then she says "well our computer just puts a time on there." Sooo...which excuse is it? The delivery FINALLY gets there 2 hours late and their tables are in horrendous condition. Snagging and ripping my tablecloths. Splintering off into peoples hands. And then of courses they decided to come an hour and a half EARLY to pick up the rentals. All around, just avoid. It caused me so much unnecessary stress on my wedding day. It was completely unprofessional. Avoid.

I had to duct tape one tabletop to prevent ruining another vendor's stretchy tablecloth. It still snagged it. The tabletop should have been junked. 3. They didn't bring enough cocktail weight poles for the 12 tables rented. 4. The six white stretchy tablecloths were "different shades of gray from laundry bleed." We received a refund since we had to rent from another vendor. 5. The cocktail tables were supposed to be picked up on Friday, May 16, since we have another luncheon on Monday, May 19. THEY ARE STILL HERE! Nobody is answering the phone or emails, and their hours of operation are M-F, 8 am to 4 pm. They made an extra trip here for the missing pole, and I went there to return the miscolored tablecloths. Overall, it was not a good experience. Also, they are on Barstow in Clovis now, not the address on Yelp, but the phone number is the same.
