I went a 2nd time a couple months later and they told me they "didn't get to everything" and that I'd need to go through a 2nd time. I have a new car and it just had normal cracker crumbs, not a huge mess. I appreciate that I wouldn't have to pay to go through again but there was now a long line and I was told it would likely be a 30 min wait to get through again. I didn't have time to wait another 30 min so just had to leave with a 1/2 clean car. Overall, I don't think the interior service is worth the $$$. Exterior is just fine and service is friendly.

There were also lots of crumbs from the in-car snacking we'd indulged in. So, we had to get the vehicle all cleaned up before returning to my husband's job; it was on loan, compliments of his amazing boss. We wanted to return it in as good as, or better, condition than it had been given to us. We weren't sure if Crew Interior would be open on a Sunday, but we were thrilled to find out that they were. They got us all taken care of. They gave us some extra sprays before going into the carwash and it was my first time being able to watch their Interior conveyor belt system. It was pretty cool! The car was clean and, on its way back in like-new condition.

The lot is jammed packed with vehicles making it impossible to open doors or check vehicle conditions thoroughly. The car we looked at was misrepresented on the website. The car had interior damage, power steering and tie roads were comprised and the car was filthy. Bird poop, mud, and dirt everywhere in the vehicle. It was gross. We had an appointment and our son was told the car would be washed and cleaned when we got there. The other car he wanted to see was missing and supposedly was "in the shop". Very disappointing. Don't waste your time with this place. Deceptive and unprofessional. Awful.

But, I received honest answers and was even shown pictures of the Freon on everything under the hood. They fixed it in two days and were good at communicating. I appreciated the explanation they gave me and they made sure I understood. I felt like they really didn't want me to put more money into my jeep than necessary and you don't find that kind of service very much. I will definitely go back!

Every time I called I spoke to the owner and he provided my estimate. He is flexible and will work with you as much as he can. I appreciated all of this because my work day does change often and I needed to make arrangements to get to/from the garage. He also agreed to do some of the part preparation (painting) in advance so I would be without my car for one day or less if I paid a deposit to cover the pre-work, which is reasonable. I had brief interactions with one of the employees and he was friendly and appeared happy there, which was nice to see. The rates here were the best and I appreciated the willingness to work with me to accommodate my situation. The communication was clear and honest. Don't expect a cup of coffee in the waiting area but they did put air in my tires for me when I asked to use their compressor and when I got my car back with its perfectly matched shiny new front end, not only did it appear to have been run through a car wash but the interior was vacuumed as well. I got you 129,000 miles, in my head gaskets went out. And the warranty company was not willing to help. Even though I was only 196 miles out of warranty. And I told him I could not do that and I have to give up my truck, The owner personally bought me a new engine with 40,000 miles less, and put it in my truck for free, I would I have to pay them a penny. And they said if I wanted to put parts on it why they had the motor out, that they would just charge me for the parts and no labor. Just the job of buying that motor and putting it in was easily $7000. But the owner was willing to do that for me. I did not have any reason to. I've never even met the guy. Because of him I'm going to be able to keep my truck, I have something safe for my baby to be in while I'm driving around. So I recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle, to just stop by and talk to someone, they are willing to work with you, A lot of a lot of people don't understand is if you just have respect for people, they're willing to help you. You just save me from losing a job that I just started last week, you just save me from missing more ultrasound appointments, you save me from losing a truck that I truly love. Thank you. P.s. thank you to the service manager who is willing to sit down with me and keep me posted daily. Who did not have to do any of the things that he did, thank you for going the extra mile, when you have no reason to, I was out of warranty and I was technically not your problem, so thank you very much, you are amazing! I would not recommend service from this dealer…read more I dropped my truck off for a few maintenance items (transmission, alignment, and two tire pressure sensors). I received my inspection report stating the battery was low on the other two tire sensors. I did not approve to replace these sensors at this time, only the ones that were already bad. I received a call stating the fronts were now showing as bad and needed replaced. the fronts were the ones I knew were bad which my original estimate shows. After back and forth with the tech, clerk, and manager of me stating I was not paying for a service I did not approve or need at that time and still wanted the ones I already agreed to pay to have done, I end up paying for both (more for each than the original estimate which I didn't even bother arguing over). terrible customer service. Even after proving I was right, I not only paid for service I did not approve And paid more for what I agreed to, the delayed work due the confusion left me without a vehicle for an unexpected day and had to rearrange work schedules and getting kids to school.
