What a great little bar in downtown Como. They are a 25 and up bar, which is a fantastic option for the super awesome "Adult Crowds"! They have lots of custom drinks and shots. Ample space if you plan to bring your crew and the staff is super friendly and fun! They also have a new school jukebox which is a lot of fun to use (or maybe I am just old). Every time I am in Columbia, I like to hit up On the Rocks. It is an enjoyable little bar with a hit of divey atmosphere. The service is friendly and quick when there are not a ton of people in the place. The service slows down a but when there are more people but that is to be expected; I still never have to wait long for a drink. The drinks themselves are delicious. They serve beer on draft, bottles, cocktails, mixed drinks and jumbo shots. I highly recommend having a jumbo shot because they are a great price for a delicious shot. The drinks are made to perfection (and sometimes a little stronger, which I enjoy). The only downside to this place, is when a lot of people are here, it can get loud, especially when the jukebox gets turned up. read more

Went to On the Rocks on a Thursday night. First time I have been there. Had two small shots and a watermelon martini. Loved the Girl Scout cookie shot and the watermelon martini was delicious. It felt kinda weird coming here two nights in a row last weekend but each time I come in we always are able to get a booth and sit down and people watch. The place is really cool with exposed brick walls and pretty neat looking mirrors behind the bar. The bar itself is pretty nice as well and has a bunch of booths to sit and chill at with a couple couches towards the front next to a fireplace. Drink prices are pretty reasonable and the staff does a great job with two bartenders and one server. it isn't that large of a space but they definitely get a lot of business. Drinks were nicely priced as well our group had a great time. Definitely will be going back again. read more

Located right in the heart of Broadway, OTR is a mellow place with a good selection of products. They've been around for a few years now and my experience there is always pleasurable. The lighting is low, the music is chill, and two big screens are mounted above the massive bar. Cool shots and bombs, and awesome prices based on what day of the week you go.
