I'm located four hours away and was referred to Action Golf Carts for help with a charger issue. Cameron took the time to message with me, discuss my options, and try to help me find the charger I needed. Unfortunately, the charger I originally needed is no longer being manufactured, but Cameron found a second option. Since I'm so far away, he even contacted another shop closer to me and is willing to work with them to help me find an alternative charging solution for my golf cart. He could have simply said, "Sorry, we can't help," but instead, he went above and beyond. I cannot thank him enough for his time, knowledge, and willingness to help. Cameron is truly a gem! If you're looking for a golf cart or need assistance, definitely check out Action Golf Carts!

David was amazing to work with! He patiently listed to us and gave us the pros and cons of each choice. We test drove several models. I found the one we wanted but it was the wrong color. Well he found a solution for that and we now have exactly what we want! We had a problem with setting up the charging and when I called he came to our house the same day! Even though the problem was caused by a bad plug in our garage, he again patiently found the solution we needed. We couldn't be happier with our golf cart and with the service we received! Thank you David!

I completely understand picking and choosing your own work, but could've afforded to be polite at a bare minimum. He offered to take the time to get my husband in the right trailer and even apologized for the unpleasant experience. Says a lot about a business owner when they take the time to make things right. Sometimes situations get the best of us, but Greg really showed good character with his actions today. Thanks for getting us in the right trailer and for being a good business owner! I definitely wanted to go on record saying I recommend Greg and his business! PREVIOUS:::::: DO NOT GO HERE! This is not a good place to do business. So disappointed with the service! After reading these reviews, I thought we were going to the right place when searching for a new trailer. My husband went in to purchase a new trailer and the TERRIBLE service he experienced is simply unacceptable. He requested a trailer, completed the paperwork with the understanding it was what he was buying and was then given A DIFFERENT trailer. He offered to wait for a new shipment and even pay more for a similar model to what he wanted and was VERY RUDLEY told to grab the trailer he DID NOT want and leave the premises. I cannot believe this is the type of establishment serving the Cleburne community.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation is too serious not to share…read more An employee of ours went into Trailer Leader to request a copy of a trailer title. Shockingly, the staff handed over the title to our trailer without verifying identity, ownership, or requiring any documentation whatsoever. No ID check. No paperwork. No authorization. Nothing. This is not a minor mistake--this is a major failure in basic security and business practices. Titles are legal ownership documents, and handing one over to an unverified individual puts customers at real risk. What made this even worse was how it was handled afterward. When I called to address the issue, I was connected to a manager who was completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they said they felt like they had been scammed too. There was no accountability, no attempt to correct the situation, and no concern shown for the seriousness of what happened. The call ended with them hanging up on me. That level of care and professionalism is unacceptable--especially when dealing with something this serious. If this is how they handle sensitive documents and customer concerns, I strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution. We expected a professional standard of care. This was the exact opposite.
