He didn't pass, but that isn't where the frustration with this company/person comes in. Both my son and my husband (who took him) both came home upset at the demeanor and attitude of the tester, Rachel. She was abrupt, dismissive, and my husband said she treated him like he was stupid when he asked questions. Sour grapes? Nope, we teach our kid that you have to continue to strive to be better. This lesson could have been enhanced if the test was given by an adult who was personable and kind.

I was nervous to start drivers training but the instructors at SCDS make it very comfortable and…read morefun. Segment one is two hours everyday Monday-Thursday for three weeks and you schedule six drive times with the instructor. When I first drove with the instructor I was nervous for that also as I didn't know how they'd react. The instructors had good criticism and portrayed it in a calm manner, which made me feel better about driving. I'm only a week into Segment One and I feel pretty confident about my driving skills. The only reason this place doesn't have five stars is because two hours can be a little boring (which is why I'm thankful there's a 15-20 minute break in the middle of class).

When I say I could not be happier with a daycare/preschool... I could not be happier! KinderCare…read moreSilver Parkway is wonderful. The center itself is fantastic but it's the staff who make this place amazing. My daughter does not like being away from myself or her dad and KinderCare Silver Parkway has helped her adjust to being away, they're caring, understanding and so kind to my anxious 3 year old. She comes home daily and I'm fascinated at the things she's done and learned as well. It was hard getting her to go to daycare but I am so happy we found KinderCare Silver Parkway. The best!

Both of my kids absolutely loved attending preschool here. Spending three hours for the preschool morning wasn't long enough they wanted to spend the whole day! If you want a safe, loving, clean, structured and organized educational program then this is the place for you! My kids were always excited to go to Child's World and always had a great day! I recommend Child's World to everyone I know or meet with small kids!

Our daughter had been going to the Montessori in Ortonville. A usually outgoing kid, I'd always…read morefind her playing alone on the playground. She never once got excited about going. After six months she had done nothing but play--not educational play, just coloring and running. Then she stopped wearing her favorite shirts because older kids kept telling her they were "yucky." This is the kind of pressure a three-year-old shouldn't deal with. We took her to Child's World this year, and it's been a world of difference. She comes home with art projects that taught her how to make letters or count or something. She has learned a dozen songs. She comes to school and the kids call out her name. She can count to ten in Spanish and knows a lot of the alphabet in sign language. I credit the adults with all of this. It takes real organization and teamwork to put together a team like this. They handle behavioral issues effectively. They are creative in their use of play. And they create an environment where kids treat each other with respect. Honestly, this is one of the best things going in Genesee County.
