Loucas, the owner of the Core Fitness Studios, has been very beneficial to my fitness routine and to my life in general, and he is very good at what he does. Thanks to his well curated workouts, I have kept of twenty pounds since 2009 and am a pull up master! This place is not your typical gym where you can just hop on a treadmill or use machines. It is more of a personal training studio where you make appointments to have sessions with personal trainers. You can also sign up for fitness classes that take place downstairs in the basement area; there are Spin, Zumba, and TRX Suspension Training classes. I haven't experienced any of these classes but have heard nothing but positive feedback. I highly recommend Core Fitness Studios to anyone who is looking for workouts with personal attention and with a good trainer-client relationship. I am very glad to have known Loucas for quite some time and I hope this gym continues to thrive. Worth every penny!

Audra was at the front desk and provided me with the paperwork that I needed. After, she told me where to go for my TRX workout and the place was already prepared with the bands (of course) and a mat. The area was a little small, enough to fit about eight people for the class. There were towels provided as well which was pretty awesome since I didn't have to bring my own. Before the class was about to start, I was met by Brian the instructor and he was absolutely great. He knew there were a few people that were new to TRX (including myself) so he was telling us how to shorten the bands to lengthen the bands. He very knowledgable and was always walking around to make sure we were actually doing the position correctly. Definitely come here for TRX. You will not regret it!

My trainer, Cynthia Conde, has given me the confidence and "Game Plan", to lose weight and get back into shape. She is cognizant of my physical limitations, and works through them to accomplish my goals. The people that work for/train at the gym are friendly and non-judgemental, which is an important factor to me. BTW, I found the gym through two friends, who I didn't realize knew each other. I noticed that a work friend had lost weight over the summer. I asked her how and she told me she was training with Cynthia Conde at The Fitness Loft. I asked her why there? She related to me that she noticed that over a period of time her neighbor, who daily walks her dog past her house, was "shrinking". When she told me her name I realized I knew who she was and I too had seen her "transformation". But I thought she had lost her weight with Weight Watchers. Seems she needed something more and Cynthia Conde at The Fitness Loft was the answer. Needless to say I immediately joined! Also TCL holds a class for a local WW group.
