I have been with on the map for over a decade. Last year OTM was bought out by a private equity group. Since that time services have fallen off a cliff. All of a sudden I didn't have a customer service manager assigned to me (without them telling me), and my site was no longer being worked on. Since last October my site has been constantly down and I have reached out to OTM with no response. They claim they fix it only for it to be working for a day and then back down for several week. And the only reason they knew it was down was because I would tell them. OTM's failure to get my site fixed led to Google de-indexing it, killing years of my hard work to get it up in the rankings. It got so bad that a member of their senior management, Chris Meadows, reached out claiming it would be fixed and I would get a refund, only for him to ignore my texts, calls, and emails when the site was down (and of course no refund). I cannot begin to say what a disappointment this company has become. I would have recommended OTM to anyone several years ago. Now? Forget it. read more

When the firm was under original ownership, they did a great job with my website SEO and getting into the "map pack." Later, I went with another company, and it sold to investors, and my wife used them. Not only did they NOT do what they were contractually obligated to do with her, but after telling her they would not charge her, they did just that. And once it was challenged, they charged her again and again and again, fraudulently. This is why most of America hates it when service providers are bought by private equity--service goes to Hell. read more

This team is constantly late on delivering services. I have to stay on top of them like white on rice in order to get what was included in our contract in a timely manner. My account manager doesn't actually know anything about SEO. I feel like I'm being managed by a zookeeper. They aren't proactive on addressing red flags and wait for me to bring it up. I know they have all the capabilities necessary to do an outstanding job. It just feels like they give my account no attention. read more

I used OTM marketing for years and they were great. However, their management changed in 2025, and everything fell apart. They charged my almost $20k and never delivered services. I canceled services, and they continued to charge me. I am now disputing all charges with my bank and filing a complaint with the Florida attorney General. Stay away! read more

On The Map Media is the biggest FRAUD marketing agency in South Florida. STAY FAR AWAY !! First off (Sarah) Head of Sales will sell you a dream and tell you everything you want to hear just to get you to sign a contract. That's where things start to go down hill. Secondly (Chris) the Owner is a complete con artist. He will agree with you over the phone that work is not being delivered as promised and that they will shorten the contract or give months of work for free which they call the "SOS PROGRAM". Th Straw that broke the camels back is was when my company was building out its website. NO WORK was being done for 3 months but On The Map Media was still charging our account $3,300 a month for SEO ! We were put in contact with the Manager (Kara) she advised us that they didn't know why are account was being charged for 3 months when no (LINKS OR CONTENT) could be produced. We were also losing ranking month after month. Our team finally brought this to Kara's attention and they gave us 2 months of free work "SOS PROGRAM". All we wanted back was our last month payment after being lock in 12 month contract and not being happy after month #2. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY! THEY WILL LOCK YOU INTO A CONTRACT AND NOT DELIVER ANYTHING THAT WAS PROMISED! WE SPENT $40k for 1 year of SEO with on the map media and maybe received 5 customers! read more

STAY AWAY. Bait and switch. Company promised the world and then couldn't deliver. When their own SEO team agreed that continued effort wouldn't make a dent (or come close to what was promised by their sales team), On The Map not only refused to refund thousands of dollars for work they admitted they did not perform but they CONTINUED TO CHARGE even though they were no longer providing services. When I finally got Visa to put a stop payment on one of my cards, On The Map switched to bill a card I had previously had them replace / get rid of. In other words, in an effort to continue to get paid for work they not only could not provide but weren't even attempting to provide, they committed clear criminal credit card fraud. Stay away stay away stay away. Shame on them. read more

Horrible and unresponsive. There have been some leadership changes and no one responds to our emails yet they still charge our company's credit card. read more

I had a really great experience working with On The Map. Sarah was awesome throughout the sales process--super clear, helpful, and made me feel really confident about moving forward. Onboarding was easy, the team has been great to work with, and they delivered exactly what they said they would. I've been really happy with the results and would absolutely recommend OTM to anyone looking for a solid, reliable marketing partner. read more

DO NOT HIRE! This company has been shamelessly taking my law firm's money and not delivering the product. They make changes to the website and have zero quality assurance. For example, they changed a number on the website, after I instructed them not to an did not have the calls being forwarded for a month! Their "links" are of poor quality and/or don't work. Biggest waste of money. read more

I have been a client of on the map for about 2 years now after being referred by a friend who is in the business of content writing for websites. I have found them to be professional and honest. Andrew and Gerardo have taken care of my account and provide outstanding service. We have seen our organic traffic rise incredibly and our google ads provide increased conversions. After having a previous company charge us and not do any work on our SEO we were quite skeptical, however Andrew supplies us with many detailed reports showing our traffic increase, keywords etc. The cost of the service is well worth what they charge. Having done SEO/PPC ads for over 12 years now with various other companies On the MAP has set themselves apart from the rest. I highly recommend them for your business. read more

My company and I worked with On The Map to build my website and business. Rachel Doheny, has been my account manager and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. The company helped me grow from brand new business to a thriving business. I started with them back in late 2020 and my business was up and rolling by early 2021. After they built my site I used different services to help me get customers and rank on google, which is what everyone wants nowadays as well as on google my business which is also what everyone wants nowadays. I think their help in getting me onto page one was instrumental in my success and I will remain grateful to them for their help in accomplishing that goal. They put alot of time into the website and they are always quick to respond and take acre of anything that arose. It was tough trying to figure out where to go initially but I am l glad I found on the map and Rachel Doheny, they help they have provided me in business will always stick with me. We had frequent contact to assure things were going as we planned, or dress anything where it was not. Often other team members were involved in these meetings so I was able to meet different parts of the team and hear different views of our plans. read more

On the map has been my internet marketing provider for three years now and I couldn't be happier. I needed them to swap domains and fix a google penalty and they did so in record time. The page they built looks fantastic and I use their local Maps and google Seo services. It was nerve racking to trust a new marketing agency but I'm so glad I went with on the map. My initial account manager, Val, was a rockstar and my current manager, Allan, picked up where she left off and does an amazing job on my account. I've referred several friends and colleagues and they've been very satisfied with the results as well. I've been doing internet marketing for around ten years and I've been with approximately four different agencies. On the map has been the best by far. I hope to remain with on the map for many years to come as long as they keep delivering the same results. read more

On the Map Marketing redesigned our website and we could not be more happy about how it turned out! From the creative to the SEO aspect, they are truly the experts on the field. I've been working with On The Map, and more specifically with Valeria and Rodrigo, for a few years now and could not be happier. They've taken my website to first-page ranking for very competitive search terms with a budget far below those of many of my competitors. I would not refer On The Map Marketing to anyone I know who is looking for a web marketing campaign team (PPC) - or to develop their website(s). I felt that Sarah McMahon and her team were more inclined to get their job done to just get paid and move on to their next projects. I felt very rushed- and un-informed. The website they built for me were not in conform with the CCPA guidelines that went into effect as of January 2020- I mean what experts in website development do not know about this? When I asked her to include this- she did not know what I was referring to at all. Most of the blog links on my website were not linked to any other website for further read. Not much thought put into the website either. It was very incomplete. As far as communication goes, I have requested Sarah and I schedule a call on a weekly basis to speak about the marketing campaign - of course, she would forget, or not follow up as promised or make up some excuse as to why she did not call that week. In the beginning she pitched this whole process of walking through the process together, but that is certainly not what my experience was. There were multiple typos on my website that was published live, which I had to point out to them as well (you would think professionals would not allow any typos to be published live). Overall, very un-happy experience for a lot of money for no reason. read more
